Worth getting for the castor oil alone.
This castor oil kit arrived exactly as described. It includes everything needed for one to experiment with the organic benefits of castor oil. The large 4-ounce glass bottle of organic castor oil appears to be excellent quality. It has a light nutty scent and a good viscosity. The patches adhere well, stay in place during activity or overnight, and can be removed without pain or too much discomfort. However, it is important to avoid getting oil on the adhesive or where the adhesive makes contact with skin prior to applying. I do not know if castor oil truly has all the health benefits that some claim, but I will give it the benefit of the doubt, and I do know that it is a wonderful moisturizer for skin, nails, and hair.

Great starter kit. I have always been curious about castor oil for wellness. I had a wellness practitioner say I might benefit from this so I was curious to try it. The kit comes with various sized, disposable, one use patches and an eyebrow or eyelash applicator as well. It comes with a 4oz castor oil and a bonus “gift” of a small 5ml bottle of jojoba oil. Both oils are organic and come in amber glass bottles to protect the oils and prevent plastic leaching. The castor oil is also specifically labeled cold pressed, unrefined and hexane free which are all great aspects of this product.Castor oil is typically used for liver detox, digestive issues, menstrual cramps, joint pain or stiffness, muscle aches. I don’t know how effective it is. You can do some research but I thought I’d give it a try.The patches stick fairly well and remove fairly easily. Just a bit of pulling to remove but not painful. The adhesive is supposed to be hypoallergenic. I did get a slight redness but I may be a sensitive person. I had reactions to other adhesives in the past. The redness dissipated quickly. More like when you pull off a bandaid as opposed to a true reaction.This is my first time using this. You want to moisten the patch without making it dripping wet with oil. I may have put on a bit too much the first time. It leaked a touch on one side. Since it didn’t leak everywhere, I don’t think this will be an issue as I streamline the dose for the patch size. The oil comes with a dropper lid which makes applying the oil to the patch easy. I love that this was an all in one product rather than having to search for oil separately from ordering patches or wraps. Now I can decide if I like this and then order more accordingly.I don’t know if castor oil truly has all the benefits some claim but this is an excellent quality kit to give it a try. At the very least it will moisturize my skin with a cleanly produced oil. At $19.99 I think it is a good value and should give me enough uses to test out whether I like it.

Saw benifits the very next day.
So I had never done the whole oil in the balls bottom thing before getting this. I have done castor oil packs many times before but thought why not give this a try. I am pleased to say that I got results the very next day. I have a slowovin digestion system and I’ve been working very hard with lots of watee, increased fiber intake and movement to get and keep things moving along. I found that after using the castor oil in my belly bottom and sleeping with it covered over night. I woke up not bloated and also ready to use the potty. Also elimination was not a struggle either. I’ve done research before trying this and so much states it’s a placebo or no benefits of our. Well for me – the urge and ease to potty is a blessing and waking up with zero bloat has been amazing as well. I suggest everyone do their own studies before trying but I can say for me this has been a new and helpful thing. Castor oil can be used for so many things. I love that this is a American made product and is organic. I use castor oil on my hair for growth and deep condition. Eyelashes and eyebrows for growth as well as my skin for anti aging and moisturizer, I do castor oil packs to help detoxify. I have taken it orally for laxative and now use it in my belly button for the same thing. I’m. Affirm believer in Natural/ God given medicine. I always try the holistic approach before participating in big pharmas bull. Give it a try y’all. This set comes with many sizes of the adhesive coverings. As well as a free gift of jojoba oil and spoolie for eyelash applications. Very thankful for that. Came well packaged and clean.

Good Castor Oil, But the Patch Irritated My Skin
I’ve been using this castor oil belly button patch set for a few days now, and I have mixed feelings. The castor oil itself is great—comes in a glass bottle, has a normal, mild scent, and feels like good quality. It’s thick, cold-pressed, and absorbs nicely when used with a cotton wrap. Definitely feels authentic and clean, and I appreciate that it’s USDA Organic and hexane-free.The issue for me was with the adhesive patch. I followed the instructions and applied it overnight, but the next day, I noticed my skin was itchy where the sticker had been. It wasn’t a full-blown rash, but enough irritation that I didn’t want to use the patch again. I don’t usually have sensitive skin, so I was surprised. It might be fine for others, but it’s something to watch out for.The cotton packs are soft and easy to use, and the whole setup is convenient if you’re trying castor oil therapy for the first time.
