Despite not noticing any immediate benefits, I’ve decided to continue taking Amy Suzanne DIM plus Bioperine until I finish the bottle. While I haven’t experienced the expected effects yet, I’m optimistic that with continued use, I may begin to see improvements in overall well-being and health. The minty smell adds a nice touch to each capsule, although it’s slightly off-putting that this isn’t listed in the ingredients. It is said to be vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, and soy-free. I haven’t seen apparent results yet. I am hopeful and will see the course through to the end. I will update as needed with further time and use.

Side effects
I have PCOS, and read that this supplement might help with symptoms. I took it every day for about two weeks and noticed that I would get headaches almost every day. I was excited to try this but suspended it once I confirmed that this caused my headaches.
