Great massager!!
I use it 2-3 times a week and pretty happy with it. It relieves stress on the neck and massages lower back pretty well. 15 min timer is perfect and being cordless helps me to use it when on long trips. Great value for the money. I am happy I bought cordless version (even though it is slightly more expensive than the corded one) , it is worth is.Suggestion: Charging port should be have been on the side .

GREAT therapeutic tool!!
I love this massager! I purchased one for myself and then a second one for my husband! It’s great to decrease tension in the low back muscles. It works great to place it against the back rest of my couch or recliner and I lean back on it. I generally sit on a folded blanket to target my lower lumbar and sacral area (lower part of the low back) , then remove it to target the lumbar spine (general low back area). The heat feature is great too. I usually make sure I use my shirt or a small towel as an extra barrier if I use it for a few cycles as it gets pretty warm, but it works great. I like it so much I will probably buy a few as gifts for Christmas this year!Edit: I have purchased 2 of these massagers as gifts with great response! I have been a physical therapist for over 15 years and I specialize in treating chronic pain, low back and neck pain, pelvic pain, and headaches. This is a WONDERFUL tool for my patients to use to help manage their symptoms. I have recommended it countless times for my patients and actually got one to keep in my clinic to allow them to try it. Having a tool that can help decrease muscle pain is a great way to help my patients be able to tolerate the exercises that will help them move better which is where the healing process starts. The Zyllion customer service reps are always quick to respond to any questions I’ve had about their products. I’ve had this unit for my personal use for over 2 years and it is still going strong! I highly recommend this product!!

Life changer.
In the beginning, I wasnt sure I liked it, but it has definitely grown on me. I have used this thing for hours at a time for over a year and absolutely love it. I like that I can move it around to the places I need it most. I use it mostly for my back and neck and sometimes on my thighs. I have also used it on my abdomen to relieve menstrual cramps. I appreciate it’s versatility. I have a lot of stress related tension, and this has helped tremendously.Downsides are the cord attachment is too close to the device so it will frequently come undone as im moving it around, and depending on where I’m using it at the time, it can be annoying. Also seems like I spend a while finding the sweet spot, and once I do the 20 minutes is up and I have to move position to turn it back on again. Having a remote would be nice. The fabric has also come undone, but I’ve honestly abused this thing so I’m not surprised, and it still works fine. It will quit rotating if it gets too hot, but after giving it a break to cool off, it will start back up again. At this point I don’t think I could live without it. Great product.

Convenient, effective, well constructed.
We’ve tried several back massagers but none so effective as this. Relief from two herniated discs is immediate. A ten minute massage lasts me for hours. And it’s compact and convenient enough to take it with me wherever I go. The charger lasts about 3 hours without heat. About half that with the heater on. This is the best massager I have ever used. I love it.

Fantastic for the price
My lower back likes to stiffen up and hurt if it doesn’t receive some kind of a massage on a regular basis.We were thinking of buying a full-sized massage chair. I used to work in a building with free massage chairs. I miss them. After some research, I discovered that not only are the good massage chairs very expensive, but they also like to break down and require maintenance.Enter, this nifty little back massager. Yes, it doesn’t operate in the same league as a full-on massage chair. It’s a bit more tedious to use. It doesn’t crack my back the way an excellent massage chair does. But it is also only a small fraction of the price. For what it costs, it packs quite a punch.When I first started playing around with the Zyllion back massager, I had to experiment with how much of my body weight I can put on it. If you put too much weight on it, it overheats more quickly. But oh, when I am lying on my back and it hits the right spots on my shoulders or on my lower back… I’m in heaven. And sometimes in a bit of pain – in a good way.One thing this little massager can do that a massage chair can’t: reaching all sorts of weird angles. A full-sized massage chair has relatively fixed mechanics. In contrast, the Zyllion Shiatsu Back massager can be placed anywhere on my body. Back. Front. Sides. The insides of my knees. Wherever.I like this device so much that I bought one for my Mom too.

Good but not great.
This is my third massager from this company, and I’ve generally been satisfied! That said, while this massager is fine, it’s not as strong as their other, less expensive, shiatsu massager. This one struggles audibly, almost squeaking when pressure is put on it (like when you lean into it). If I hadn’t been spoiled by earlier versions, I’d probably love this one—it feels much more realistic, like fingers actually massaging, but the struggling motor is a miss for me. I’ll be returning it and getting their other model.

Strong, effective massager at the right spot
It really kneads the muscles well. It’s not a powderpuff massager. I also like that it gets close to the vertebras without actually touching them. That’s where I need it the most. I sit at the computer a lot, and with my back condition, I have pain after a couple of hours. Then I run the massager for 15 minutes and can continue without pain for some time.

This product is amazing, and Zillion is an amazing company. My daughter dropped her unit and broke a plastic light cover. Zillion did not hesitate to replace the broken part. Me lo puse en zona cervicales 6 minutos y acabe con una contractura que tuvo que quitar fisio. Estos aparatos tienen un riesgo alto, las bolas son muy duras…como un fisio cuando aprieta con sus manos, la diferencia es que el fisio sabe donde pone las manos y este aparato te lo pones tu. Las manos del fisio notan donde tienen que apretar, este aparato tiene dos 4 bolas durisimas. Por mi experiencia no lo aconsejo
