Excellent Grip and Wrist Support for Lifting
These gloves fit well, provide strong wrist support, and prevent blisters during heavy workouts. The silicone grip works great on barbells and pull-up bars. Comfortable, breathable, and easy to clean. Great value for the quality.

Second trip to the gym
Well, they give decent support to the wrist, despite needing to be frequently adjusted. The real problem is quality control. The stitching on one of the fingers started coming apart on just the second day I used them. As soon as I hit the submit button on this review, I’ll be getting out the sewing kit to fix it. I might expect something like this after a few months but, not after two days. Hopefully this is a fluke but, my recommendation is “don’t expect much”.

I normally wear a Medium but sized up to XL. I should’ve just sized up to Large rather than XL but the gloves were pretty good!
