Great heating pad and great customer service
This heating pad is a nice large size and gets hot! Perfect to wrap around you or to lay on for entire back coverage.Originally we received one as a gift. Unfortunately, it would not turn on. I went online and found the information to contact the company. I explained we received it as a gift and I wasn’t sure if they would be willing to fix it since I didn’t have an order number or anything. To my surprise they emailed back quickly and just asked for a video of the heating pad being turned on to show it did not work. Once I sent that in they got my name and address and a new heating pad was here in just a few days. The heating pad has a great warranty. We love it so much we ended up purchasing a second one.I very much recommend this heating pad and this company. They stand behind their products.

Well, as promised if I get a replacement, then I’ll give them an honest review. A bout a year ago I bought two of these heating pads because they have a 5 year warranty. I’ve had very bad experiences with other heating pads, because they only last a bout a year and sometimes less and I have to buy more again. The issue with this one was that within a year the control panel cable partially melted, probably it somehow overheated, and the heating pad quit working, so I needed a replacement since it was still under warranty. They did me right, they replaced it with a brand new pad, so this was awesome. Bravo and thank you for doing honest business. The only thing that really bothered me was getting hold of someone from them to fix my issue. Getting hold of someone is not that easy, I would strongly suggest to make it easier like other Amazon sellers whom have a feature that says… “contact seller,” but this company doesn’t have this feature as of now, nevertheless, they were ethical and did the right thing for me. So, I’m giving them 5 out of 5 stars. Bravo, just make it easier for your customers to contact you if there are issues.

Warranty is useless
this company is advertising this and its other heating pads is having a five-year warranty however, I have been trying to contact the company for over a week in regards to that #Warranty. This one is less than six months old and has stopped working and the company won’t respond. If you’re buying this one, I’m willing to spend a little more money because you think you’re going to have a warranty. Don’t.As for how it works, it’s OK I have purchased three of these and none of them works the same way. One of them gets super super hot and can’t be on anything but low and another one has to be on 4 to even get a little bit warm.Overall, I definitely would not purchase this product.

Yes, Yes, Yes
This is the BEST heating pad I’ve ever had. It gets warm enough, and is large enough. It is soft, and can even be washed. It is head and shoulders above those with little cases with a pad to keep you from getting burned. No more worrying about the cord ripping out, the pad being in the wrong place, or the case not being on right … love this heating pad! Edit~ A year later I have had the F – 5 – F -5… blinking code. I emailed them, and they got back to me right away, They asked for a video. so engineers could see what was going on. I emailed that, and they asked for my order number. I then submitted that, and sent me a new one. Great communication, and customer service!

Very nice heating pad. It is soooooo soft and I love the color choices. I got orange which is pretty. It heats up quickly, turns off automatically, is a great size and has held up well since I purchased it. Review written June 2025.

The WOOMER Electric Heating Pad should be standard issue for anyone over 50. It’s great for achy joints and pulled muscles from strenuous activities like sneezing. The cover is soft and very flexible. It’s large enough to do your whole back at one time or can be comfortably wrap around a knee. I was worried that it wouldn’t be hot enough to do the trick but I can only handle it at setting 4, after that it too hot for me. Overall, a great product for an ole fart like me. I’m glad I bought it.

Me encanto el tamaño y eme encanto el color. Magenta Pero no duraba más de 10 min encendida y se apagaba sola, por lo que decidí devolverla y pedir nuevamente el producto para cambiarlo. Espero que este el nuevo no falle
