I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes entirely encased in plastic. It is about 85% full, which is pretty good nowadays.If used as directed it will last one month.The expiration date on mine (THANK YOU for not printing it on the bottom of the bottle!) is Sep 2027.The capsules have a somewhat pleasant herbal (?) scent and taste, and are easy to swallow with water. Some people aren’t going to like taking four capsules at a time, but with all the ingredients included you need multiple capsules to fit it all in.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says non-GMO, 3rd-party lab tested, GMP-certified, and has a flag which probably means made in the USA but the closest I can find to that is “formulated in the USA” on their website – which often means manufactured elsewhere.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. Their website has the phone number as well as a chat feature. The bottle has a QR code that says to scan it for exclusive perks and verified lab results – I can’t find the lab results anywhere. There is some information on the site, but I would like to see more details on sourcing, manufacturing and results of lab testing. It would also be nice to see more details on the company, founders, etc.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement but I am pleasantly surprised as the quality of ingredients listed, such as using P5P for Vitamin B6 instead of the synthetic pyridoxine HCL that a lot of companies use. Given the quality of ingredients, I’m surprised they added magnesium stearate, which many companies say they need to use while the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to.Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.

Mood boosting herbs and supplements for women
I’m so glad I found these cycle balancing supplements! These include 18 different herbs and supplements that are so important for women’s health, including dong quai, black cohosh, ashwaganda, and more. My only complaint is that the serving size is 4 capsules a day, which is quite a task to add to my supplement routine. I am hoping the results will be worth it! I know these herbs to be beneficial, so I will put myself through swallowing all of the pills to see the benefits. The pills themselves have no odor or taste and are standard size. I’m excited to see how I feel after a month of taking these.

Some of ingredients seem like they could potentially be helpful…
Appears to be quality ingredients / product.I found these easy enough to swallow, not much taste as they are just being swallowed. Had thyroid issues since a kid so already had hormone imbalance in my teens, as such I am familiar with some of these ingredients, though not all. Especially since I haven’t been able to get my thyroid medication I’m always on the lookout for items like this that may help curb some of the symptoms. I think it is probably a good product, but whether or not it helps will be different for everyone, and possibly take time to notice if there is any difference, good or not.

Lots of good daily ingredients. 4 Huge pills a day is a bit much.
I got these for my wife. The bottle was packaged and sealed well. There’s a lot of good daily ingredients in each pill. The pills are really huge and to take 4 of these is a bit much. My wife only took two at a time daily. She did notice she felt a lot more chill at night after taking them. However, they did give her a slight headache at night and the next morning. She will stop taking them. That’s just her experience so it might work better for others. But I have to be honest and share my experience.
