True Cystic Acne solution for me!
This supplement has been a true life saver for me! I have always suffered from cystic acne and relied on birth control pills and spironolactone to control my break outs. I have also been on Accutane twice. As a 50 year old, I no longer tolerate those medications. My acne came back with a vengeance and since being on this supplement, I am happy to report my skin is now clearing up! Why is this option not more well known and recommended by dermatologists as an option to try before trying all the drugs with side effects?! Everyone is different, but this product has 100 percent worked for me as an acne solution. Worth a try if you have the same struggles!

Life changer
Tried this pill to save some money for another pill a Dr recommended for hormones and heavy periods. Oh my lanta. Recommended highly to control periods and help keep up with your greens. They do smell terrible, like mothballs but it’s tolerable.

Reduces estrogen. Also an anti androgen.
I got it to improve my estrogen metabolism, believing doing so would also improve my testosterone levels. I felt it worked well, then I found out it is an androgen receptor antagonist. That means it reduces the effectiveness of androgens, like testosterone or DHT. I’m a male wanting to continue to build muscle and strength, so this product was not for me.

I3C odor
I’ve tried another brand for I3C+DIM and it did not have this smell This Wellness Resources brand smells like chemicals. I will update my review after trying this for a couple weeks but so far it’s not trending in a good direction.3/12 Update: I’ve read other reviews of I3C of other products and have read that it should be refrigerated, but doesn’t lose potency. I’ll order again and try to keep it in the fridge this time to see if the odor decreases… but maybe it’s normal, similar to selenium’s odor.

Perimenopause help
Turns out when your whole body starts falling apart at 40, it’s probably perimenopause. Too many issues to count including daily hot flashes. I was recommended to this and the hot flashes and joint pain went away. I thought it was coincidental and it tastes bad so I stopped taking. Everything came back. Test subject of 1, but it works for me!

The wife sears by this. So far she has been using it nearly a year and has helped greatly with the hot flashes….I’m sure I have benefited too by avoiding the wrath if she didn’t have these….

Wonderful for cleansing the liver!
The smell as other’s have reported is not that bad. I would take it if it was 2x more!I was diagnosed by TCM herbalist as having a hot toxic liver causing severe rhinitis that left me a prisoner in my own home. I could not stop sneezing once the cold affected my nose. After almost an entire year of symptoms lingering, figuring I’d have to live with it for the rest of my achy nose life, this product took it away. My body is sensitive to all supplements and drugs, so I was careful to use it only every 2-3 days. After a few detoxifying moment [combined with other brands of tumeric, and quercitan], it was gone. A couple months update, I only need to take one, once a week. I’ve talked to Linda, the co creator of their products. She recommended a program. I’m building up to all of the supplements slowly as I see results. I’m reinvigorating my old system of 72 years. thanks Linda!

Negative side effects, do not recommend
I do not recommend this product as it is supposed to help with perimenopausal side effects, however, it made my emotions out of control. I found myself yelling at my family and acting totally out of behavior. Additionally, as others have stated, the mothball smell/taste is AWFUL and definitely comes back up which is disgusting! Do not buy!!
