Easy Setup and Compact Size
This is a really satisfactory product. It requires no assembly whatsoever. Just plug it in and start using it. I love the fact that there’s a remote control because I would not be capable of changing the speed, etc. if I had to bend over while I was walking. The small size makes it perfect for my apartment and I have it in a location that allows me to hold onto the bookcase for stability since I’m elderly.

Awesome little walking pad I bought for me and my dog to use. We live where it gets too hot so this works perfect for us. Great price too! Easy to use and comfortable. Probably not a bad idea to get a pad for underneath it so it doesn’t slide.

Brand new walking pad doesn’t work!!
UPDATE ON OCTOBER 8, 2025: UPS was supposed to pick up the walking pad so I could get a refund and THEY NEVER SHOWED UP (if they were even scheduled to pick up the walking pad at all). When I checked on the status of the pick up, THE TRACKING SAID THAT UPS HAD PICKED UP THE WALKING PAD AND IT WAS ON IT’S WAY BACK!! IT IS STILL IN MY APARTMENT!!! I am absolutely LIVID about this entire process. I contacted the company to see if they could help me troubleshoot the walking pad and NO ONE EVER ANSWERED MY EMAIL!! This entire process has been absolute garbage. I will not be buying ANYTHING from this company nor the seller ever again. No one has done anything to rectify my problem and I have a walking pad in my apartment that doesn’t work and most likely will not receive a refund. I’ll be contacting the BBB to leave a very scathing review about this.———————————————–Just took this walking pad out of the box and it doesn’t work. I keep getting an error message (E02) and according to the error chart I either need an external filter regulator or the motor driver needs to be replaced. Unbelievable. I either want a replacement pad or a refund. What a disappointment.

Fantastic treadmill!
So happy I ordered this! I am working so hard to keep my A1C in the normal range but in order to do this I need to walk at least a mile daily, I live in Texas it’s hot! So I ordered this so I could still walk but now I walk in the comfort of air conditioning, best thing I could have done and my doctor is happy as well, I completely recommend this treadmill as it helps keep me on a steady track, the ease of functionality to start slow and work my way up to a comfortable speed is perfect! I live in a RV Toyhauler so I use it in the garage area where it’s easy to store until the next use.

This Walking Pad has single handedly turned me into one of those insufferable people who gets 10,000 steps while answering emails, and I couldn’t be happier about it. This under-desk treadmill is quiet enough that my coworkers on Zoom calls have no idea I’m casually strolling through spreadsheets at a blazing 2.5 mph, though they did ask why I’m slightly bouncier during presentations now. The remote control is a godsend because nothing ruins the illusion of productivity like crawling under your desk to change speeds mid-meeting. Overall, I recommend it !

Avoid this walking pad unless if you want to adjust the belt within minutes (no body weight on an even floor with non slipping mat) just running- once adjusted the belt will shift completely to one side which causes the belt to shred.I have reached out to the seller but no response and I will have to return the item to my local UPS.Save yourself the trouble and avoidance of repackaging and returning a 50lb box to a drop off center as pick up is not an option.
