Effective and more flexible than most
I often have back pain caused by a number of things including sitting too much (office work) and having terrible posture. This has really helped me improve the way I sit and stand for longer periods of time.It’s much more flexible than most devices like this (and I’ve tried a bunch!). It’s easy to get on and adjust and generally looks nice under a polo and other similar clothes.Putting it over a thin undershirt helps with comfort and ensuring it’s properly adjusted makes it fine to wear throughout the day. At first I tightened it too much which made it uncomfortable. Turns out that wasn’t necessary and loosening it a bit made all the difference while still giving the right effect on my posture. Highly recommend!

Feels like a weight off your shoulders
I work sitting at a desk all day and have done so for 20+ years. Because of that I tend to hunch over and sitting that way for long hours makes my back uncomfortable. When I first put on the back support I immediately noticed 2 things, 1) it’s easy to get on and adjust and 2) how much support it gives. I instantly felt it in my shoulders. Hard to describe but it literally felt like a weight off my shoulders. I was much more upright and it seemed to help relieve pain and tension from how I normally sit. I’m a chunky guy and the Large size fit perfectly with a lot of room for adjustment. Very much worth it if your posture is causing you issues.

This brace is great! It’s sturdy, which is fantastic. The inserts up the back are long so it keeps you straighter. I do think that a shirt has to be worn under, because the straps do rub and irritate under the arms. But aside from that, I think it’s fantastic. I can see how it will work and I can’t wait to see the results. It is comfortable and breathable and the light gray is really subtle so it can be worn under the clothes. I like it, it’s great and I’m glad I have it.
