Solid supplement for women struggling with hormonal imbalance
This supplement is a great addition to your hormone care regimen. It was well packaged and well sealed so not concerns about tampering. The ingredients are clearly listed on the back along with dosing so it makes it easy to be informed about what you’re putting in your body. Overall it is a good value but a serving size is 2 capsules which are fairly large so you will only get a month’s worth. Still I have noticed relief from hot flashes and some diminished mood swings so I will keep taking. Recommend.

Help managing various symptoms including hot flashes
I am trying out this product to help manage peri-menopausal symptoms I started to experience. I wasnt sure what to expect as I am not familiar with any of the ingredients. My sister studies traditional medicine and she reviewed the ingredient and said they would help managing my various menopausal symptoms. I found that the product is easy to take and doesnt have any taste. Though, I did notice a bit of an herb-ish aftertaste, but very minimal. Most noticeable improvements I noticed is that it helped lessening hot flashes. The price is reasonable compared to similar product. I typically don’t have issue with sleep, so I cant comment on that. Some of the ingredients are supposed to provide long term support, such as bone health. Product is manufactured in FDA certified facility, so I have a confidence in its quality and lesser chance of contamination which can be a concern in herbal supplement such as this.

Helped my symptoms.
I trust the ingredients and their effectiveness. This has similar ingredients to other products I have used. When I switched from a similar product to this I noticed no change in how I felt which is good becauae it means this is working! I was told to stop taking it for a hormonal blood test I was going to take and that is when I realized it’s full effectiveness. I can say this definitely helped reduce my hot flashes, some pain & nausea I’ve been having. I didn’t notice any smell or taste, plus they were very easy to swallow. Not sure which specific ingredients were helpful to me but the fact it’s non-gmo, made in the USA and has a lot of natural ingredients is something I like about this product as well.

Not noticing anything
I got this with high hopes that I would notice improvement in my menopause symptoms, however; I am having just as many hot flashes, night sweats, poor sleep and basically all the things. Really wish this helped.

Good transparency but low amounts
We decided to give this supplement a try as it has many ingredients that appealed to us, some of which are shown by research to support sleep quality. It’s important to note that the supplement does contain soy in the form of soy isoflavones. Beyond that, it has a multitude of quality ingredients including black cohosh root extract, dong quai, licorice root, red clover, sage leaf, and blessed thistle. Although the ingredients are good quality I was a bit disappointed at some of the amounts. For example, the soy isoflavones is only 30 mg and the chasteberry fruit is only 50 mg. That being said, it is nice to see that many of the ingredients are included as extracts for better absorption. I didn’t really like the labeling on the bottle and think it could use some improvement to look more professional although it did include much of the information I’d want to see. It was nice to see that the supplement is non-GMO, vegan, and does not contain any artificial additives. It does state that the supplement is rigorously tested, and the information on the bottle confirms this as it was manufactured in an FDA registered facility and GMP certified. Inclusion of this information improves the transparency of the supplement, and gives me confidence that it was manufactured with quality. The capsules are made of bovine gelatin and microcrystalline cellulose. They are medium sized and have a smooth exterior making them easy to swallow. I didn’t notice any taste nor stomach discomfort. Each bottle contains 30 servings at two capsules per serving making this a one-month supply for around $17, which I think is a fair value. The bottle had a firm seal, but was easy to pop off and the two capsules per serving make this easy to take.
