I didn’t realize how bright 10,000 Lux was. This light is bright! Unable to verify with a Lux meter but I have been enjoying using this light at my desk in the mornings. It certainly seems to be helping with morning cortisol response and alertness. It comes with a nice 6ft power cord, is slim and low profile and feels high quality. The stand is not great but is fine.

It really helps my SAD symptoms
As someone who has fought with the winter blues, the bright clean illumination from this lamp makes a huge improvement. 30 minutes each morning is all it takes. Highly recommended. It is well made, has a easy to use timer and a choice of intensities. It is small enough to be simple to store or take with you when you travel .

Easy to adjust brightness
Works well for SAD. Easy to use and set brightness. I use this at work as I don’t sit near a window and we live where there’s not much sun in the winter. Flat and portable and lightweight.

Lamp is good, timer works… most of the time.
The lamp works as far as its primary purpose goes, it seems like it’s helping with my wintertime blues. My only complaint is that the timer just doesn’t work sometimes. There are four lights on the bottom that light up to indicate how long you’ve set the timer for (15 minutes per light) and two or three times I’ve had it just not tick down and turn off as it should. Like I noticed it had been on for awhile and put a 15 minute timer on to see if one of the indicator lights turned off (as it should in that time), and it didn’t. It’s not a horrible problem, but you may want to keep an eye on the clock when you turn it on just to make sure you’re not sitting there for longer than you want or need to.

I am very happy with my HappyLight!
Yes, I am very happy with my HappyLight! I ordered this HappyLight on October 25, 2021, and it is still working great! It has suffered some abuse, but still looks and functions as it did when new. Great for setting your inner clock when you cant get the morning sun ( although there is no perfect alternative to the light God made for us.) A great value for the low cost of product and energy usage. Small foot print making it easy to use. Built in timer touch control is simple to use.

Light Sensitivity Issue Fixed
This has been a game changer for me on overcast mornings. Even tho I’m REALLY not fond of the sun, I do prefer natural to artificial light. On overcast mornings, I turn on my HappyLight and tension in my brow lessens, morning headaches dissipate. One of the best purchases I’ve made in a long time in support of my mental health and overall well-being

Very cute and seems to work great. I put it on my desk (looks like IPad) and am using daily. Timer is nice. I’m on lowest setting and will move up, so plenty strong.

Truly has been a life saver with my SAD!!! I live in Canada and the days are very short….this light has made a huge difference in my mood and I don’t feel the tightness in my chest of sadness. I am very happy !!! I like the easy turn off and on button. It’s sturdy on the table. The timer for auto shut-off is in 15 min increments, up to an hour. It’s very bright and has 3 brightness settings. I keep it on the table and during my morning ☕ coffee I have it on for about 15 or 20 min. it’s been a game changer for me enduring the cold and dark winters!! Very happy!!

I haven’t had the light for very long, so can’t comment on it’s effectiveness, but in terms of the item quality, I have no complaints.It’s well-made, is very bright (can vary the brightness level), the controls are intuitive, having a timer is a nice feature.I’d love it if it had a physical on/off switch (as opposed to a push button toggle) so I could control it with a smart plug, but that’s a minor issue.
