The bottle has 60 pieces, so it’s meant to last around 30 days. I have a little less than half the bottle left now. So far, my body hasn’t had any bad reactions. It feels normal, and I think this supplement works more slowly from the inside. The supplement facts list a lot of plant-based ingredients. It has saffron, which I sometimes take on its own for health, so having it all in one capsule makes things easier. The capsule size is simple to swallow, and it seems fresh. As a daily add-on to my vitamins, it fits in well and doesn’t overlap with the other things I already take.
