I have been so happy with this purchase. Jumping rope is such great exercise, but our ceilings are too low to easily jump rope inside. This product makes it possible to jump rope anywhere. The timer helps me to stay motivated in my exercise and push through to the next break. They are a great weight – not too heavy, but weighted enough that it feels like the motion of a real exercise jump rope and gives your arms a good workout, too. It also comes with a rope that I can easily switch to when I want to jump rope outside.

Nice little rope ideal for travel or tight spaces. The rope is well constructed and appears to be durable and will likely last. First impression is that the handles are nicely heavy as a result of the removable weights. Most will find the weight appropriate and overly heavy but providing a good feel overall. The display and buttons are very small. You might need glasses to read the display. The buttons are very small but I had no problem pressing them given they are reasonably spaced out. However it is nearly impossible to read the text on the buttons given black text on black buttons and very small text. If you haven’t used a ball weight rope before you might find this a bit uncomfortable to use as you focus more on your arm motion than on an arm leg motion of jumping over the rope. The good news is you can convert the rope to a rope jump by easily adding the adjustable rope. The ball and rope are used independently. If you are jumping in a tight spaces or with low ceiling use the balls. I prefer the rope as it is more conventional and forces me to focus on my jumping motion and form. The rope diameter is 3/16” and 120” long which should accommodate most people. The ball and rope are easily adjusted and swapping them out is very easy and takes just a few seconds. Overall this is a nice kit with an extra battery and complimentary phillips screw driver. For the price this is a nice addition to your travel kit or home gym.
