Hi, started taking only top quality supplements and Thorne is one of my go to brands. I just got through listening to a podcast featuring one of the premiere sleep doctors in the country and he points out that taking anything over five milligrams of melatonin it’s not a great idea, so I did a little research and found this company thorne and all they make is 5mg and they do it for a reason, a good reason, your health and well-being! good product try it.. It works!
