Good ones. These are the same brand the physical therapists use where I live. Strong and last a long time. Eventually theyll rip, but the quality is good. 5’6″ 188lbs. I stretch using these every morning.

These bands offer safe resistance training while allowing joints to incur less strain.
I use therband therapy bands in an aging adult fitness class settings. We use yellow, red and green bands, each provides a different resistance level. Bands are suitable for frequent practice and are available with or without latex. These bands provide a safe, affordable way to exercise muscle groups by adjusting the placement of the band. They can easily be cut in appropriate lengths and can be tied for use as a mini band. Therabands are color-coded for resistance levels, making it easier to recommend what color a customer should use based on their fitness level.

Top Quality Product
This is an excellent cost-effective way of having exercise bands at home. The quality is top notch. Shipping was pretty quick too. As an added bonus, I got injured and need to keep pressure on my hip. This turns out to be a great band for that.
