Am an elder and my size is 6. Used the size chart, got them n perfect. They work for my bit of incontinence when coughing, sneezing n laughing. Pads are bulky n EXPENSIVE. Will buy more.

TERRIBLE WASTE OF MONEY DONT WORK!
HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY! my daughter bled through the 1st pair in 10 min she tried a 2nd in case of defectiveness and bled through aswell. she then tried with pad and it went right over the sides and through her pants as theres no protective material along sides. my duaghter does not have a heavy period either, she’s Farley new to it and still getting dark brown spotting mostly. I’m now out money cuz I can’t return period underwear that had to be tried in order to find out they don’t work, and I’m out even more cuz I now how to buy a different brand and pray they are even slightly better than this. also they ran very small.
