This product is perfect for someone like me who has difficulty getting out, on home O2 and needed something to do a little walking on. I would ensure that I followed the weight requirements specified for the product, but otherwise it has proven to be perfect for me. Incline is manual, but not a big deal. It isn’t noisy. I listen to YouTube music on TV while I’m walking. I assembled it alone. I am able to fold, store and use it without assistance, no problem. Be sure to remember to attach the clip when you use it for the first time, or it won’t work! Lol.

This is the best treadmill out there, i looked for 3 weeks. Don’t let the subscription based treadmills fool you.This treadmill works great, is perfect height, very quite, nice design, perfect size, and has all the basic functionality of a treadmill. An you can hook it up to the Sunny app and have all the same features as Norditrac and Proform. Just use your tablet as the touch screen.Norditrac and Proform are no longer useable because they cost 2k+ and are integrated with iFit that makes you pay $400/year for premium membership. They are just paper weights not treadmills. An for premium brands they are not as reliable any more either and often times break down, with terrible customer service.Other treadmills are just bulky, horrible angled design, looking like spaceships. This one is modern, sleek, looks great, and i couldn’t be happier.

Good Product, Poor Service
This is a nice treadmill and very reasonably priced. The most difficult thing about putting it together was getting it out of the box. It’s packed well, but it’s heavy. Once you have it out, it only requires minimal assembly. The problem was the little bottle of treadmill lubricating oil was punctured in shipping (or in packing) and it leaked all over the owner’s manual and warranty card. There was less than 1/4 of a bottle left, not enough to lubricate the treadmill belt. I emailed Sunny and explained the problem and requested a new bottle of oil. They replied with a list of things I had to do to prove I actually bought the machine from them: model #, date of purchase, screen shot of the Amazon receipt, etc, etc. Just a bunch of unnecessary hoops to jump through. It’s not as if I was asking for replacement parts; just a tiny bottle of oil. Rather than jump through all their hoops, I ordered 3 bottles of treadmill oil from Amazon, total cost? About 7 bucks. Sunny needs to really look at their customer service, because they make good products, but their service leaves much to be desired. I had bought a Sunny Row and Ride, a Sunny stationary bike, and now the treadmill. Was happy with all of them. Not so much their customer service.

Small but doing the job…after three years!
EDIT to add – almost 3 years later, I’m still using this treadmill. Not every day, and I really really prefer to run outside so it doesn’t get much work during at least half the year. But for the winter it saves me! Just to walk while reading/watching TV if it’s too miserable outside. It creaks a little, the motor seems to have an agenda against 5 mph (it still works, just moans some) which goes away at 5.5 mph, so clearly I’m supposed to be running faster if I run (haha, joke’s on it, I run slower….).But it’s been great, so happy I got this! Lifesaver!3 days in, and satisfied so far. I’m not a big runner, but I’ve gotten 2+ hours of walking in already. I dithered for a couple weeks before ordering – mainly this is about survival through the winter. So far, I’m quite pleased with it.0) It was well packed – plenty of padding and spacers to minimize banging around. Amazon had 2 guys to put it on my porch. No damage observed anywhere when I unpacked. All tools/screws/instructions present. Everything lined up fine for assembly.1) I was able to set it up myself (5’3″ 135lb 51F) because I’m impatient. But I also used a hand truck, sliding cloth for the wood floors, and careful use of leverage /tilting allowed me to set it up. YMMV. **make note of which side is the “Heavy” end (marked on the box) – that’s the front, so you don’t have to rotate it around last minute. And of course, which side should go “up”.2) lubricating under the belt is awkward but essential. If I understood correctly, you’re supposed to get all the way across under the belt. I dug out a clean paint stick, rag + rubber band to help with that, and used 2/3 of the bottle, trying to work as much up / down the track as possible.3) Track adjustment – I did make some tweaks – just took it very easy and walked on it for a bit. I probably did 4 tweaks, the last couple at 1/8 turn rather than 1/4 turn as recommended to dial it in. Just be patient and use it for a few min to let it settle in.4) Operation is easy, I like the buttons on the arms as well as on the console. The water bottle holders are minuscule, and there’s no place to put my cellphone / nalgene. That’s called out in other reviews, too. But for $340, I’ll manage.4) Sound: very quiet if you’re not walking/running. In use, you can hear the belt sliding and of course your lumbering footsteps on the running surface. Not too bad. I have cheap noise canceling earbuds and they work well enough so I can listen to an audio book.TBD how it does over the long run, but 3 days in – quiet satisfied!

I was not expecting 100 lbs to be 100 lbs… Needless to say I needed help getting that thing inside. It was super easy to set up and it works great! It is relatively compact and perfect for smaller homes. Because it is smaller, it might not be ideal for larger bodies which isn’t great, but if your body is midsize or smaller, this treadmill is excellent!

Nice and compact unit. I am 5’7 and am running 5k everyday on it, just don’t lose your concentration as the bed is narrow. I think a taller person would have to stoop to hold th hand grips. Simple, no bells and whistles. Will not hold a decent sized water bottle, or my cell phone which is annoying. The tiny cup spaces will hold my TV remote and a plastic bottle of water if that works for you. They could have designed this better for sure.I like the speed adjustments on the arms.The motor is slightly loud, but nothing to crazy.I did not give this 5 stars due to shipping and support issues. I ordered the unit in December, in mid January they sent me a weight set which was a pain to return. They eventually came and picked up the weights and then sent me the proper treadmill. 3 weeks later they billed me for the weights anyways. This was a hassle to get my money back and a big waste of time. If this process was smoother I would have given 5 stars
