So far, it’s great!
Have had this bike for a week (used it a handful of times) but so far, it’s a great bike! Really like the versatile arm workout options and the mechanics are smooth on that part. There’s just enough tension to get a good, repetitive workout in and it’s easy on the joints. I’ve had 3 babies in the last 5 years and my body has gone thru a lot of sickness and changes over those years. I don’t workout…ever. With 3 kids 5 and under, who has the time?? Ha! I like the bike because it’s easier on the knees than running. It can fold up to store easily. I can use the bike during nap time and not wake the kids. The bike also doesn’t have an exposed fan/ risky things on it that the kids can’t get close to while I’m riding it (and that’s great for this anxious mommy!). The pedals are a little small and a bit slippery so if you don’t wear shoes, they can make your feet a bit uncomfortable and it’s easy for your feet to slip off if you don’t position your feet just right. Overall, it’s been a good purchase and the price was fair. I’ll update this review as time goes on as we use it more. My husband assembled it for me (took him about an hour ish) and it seemed to be fairly easy – at least I didn’t notice him getting frustrated during that process haha. I don’t regret purchasing this bike. It’s cheaper than a gym membership, I can exercise when it’s convenient for me, the kids won’t get hurt if they’re in the room with me while I’m exercising, it can fold up and store (even has wheels to roll it once folded), and it’s quiet. So far, so good!

So far, best purchase I’ve made in years!
I’ve had this bike for 3 days. It arrived fewer than 24 hours after I ordered it, even though I don’t have Prime shipping. I’ve ridden 56 miles. I was pretty much completely sedentary before that. It’s AMAZING how easy this makes it to exercise. This would be a major downgrade from a spin class, but it’s a major upgrade from sitting like a blob on my couch, which was exactly what I wanted to improve.I already had an adjustable standing desk, but foot pain kept me from using the treadmill I had gotten to walk on at the desk. Plus, I’m honestly not coordinated enough to walk and type very well at all, and it puts me in a weird posture to have to lean over to reach my keys. But sitting on a bike? Pedaling? This I can do! That’s what I was looking for in this bike, and it really delivers. It’s just recumbent enough that my knees don’t come up past horizontal when I pedal, which means I can have the desk low enough to be in good posture for my arms and head.It only took me half an hour to put it together by myself, if you don’t count the 5 minutes at the beginning where I ready through the whole manual and set the screws, bolts, and nuts on my desk in the same order as the parts page because I’m “that” person. It wasn’t hard at all.I’ve seriously been sitting at the desk, working on any of a number of things, looked down and realized I’ve been riding for an hour and a half, have gone 15 miles, and have burned 400 calories! It’s unbelievable to me how easy this has made exercising. I’m only in my 30s, but I’m almost at the weight limit for the bike (250 lbs, 5’9″)–but I won’t be for long if it stays this easy! It’s absolutely silent, and while there’s resistance, there’s no feeling of friction. The seat isn’t great, but it’s not leaving me saddle sore either. If I lose the weight (my padding), maybe I’ll eventually need a softer seat.I can’t say enough good things about this bike if you want really easy, mindless exercise instead of sitting still. It’s absolutely perfect for my use case. The added bonus of “just enough” resistance in the easily adjustable cable arms is icing on the cake!

I use it with a standup desk/adjustable desk
I can use this bike without pain, and easily bike 1 to 2+ hours while on the computer, and i don’t have pain afterwards.- I’m 5’2” and my bike-inseam is 31”i can comfortably reach the pedals in the shortest and medium seat settings.Someone shorter than I can use this bike.————————————I have POTS, fibromylagia and EDS.i needed a recumbent bike to help manage my symptoms without triggering bad pain and fatigue flareups. This bike checks all of my boxes.Even though it isn’t a fully recumbent bike, being partially recumbent makes all the difference and it works well for me and my POTS.———————————-The seat is stiff, but not uncomfortable enough to cause me pain.i may get a gel covering for it if i find that i’ll be using it for more than 3 hours each time (which seems likely).———————————————–You CAN use a standing adjustable desk with this bike.It did not find any affordable bikes with built in desks big enough for anything more than a laptop. So i ordered an adjustable standing / over-bed laptop table from Amazon and it works perfectly with this bike.———————————————–Set up is fairly simple as long as you have some sort of experience putting furniture together. It comes with all the tools you’ll need.***you may need to remove a rubber stopper in order to get the locking pin into place (see pictures). The holes for the locking pin did not fully line up until i unscrewed a small rubber rectangular stopper.- I thought i had ended up with a small screw left over, but realized where i had missed it when i looked back at the instructions. It was screw # 108 (see pictures).- I took reference pics while i was setting this up, just in case anyone needs some visuals while setting up their own.- The bike is pretty silent while you peddle.Hopefully it stays that way for a long time.I had researched for hours , and it seems that no matter what brand you buy, all exercise bikes eventually start making a clunking sound. From my understanding it has something to do with the belt. The instructions for this bike actually show how the belt and pieces fit together. So if it needs to be replaced, it may be possible to do so with relative ease.- There are also instructions on how to tighten the tension on the arm bars, because eventually any rubber exercise bands start to stretch out and will need to be adjusted so you can get better tension.(It’s just the nature of rubber).***there is a disclaimer for rubber, so if you have an allergy, this unit might not work for you. ***- the resistance knob works fine on my bike.- I took the handle bars off from under the seat because i dont use them, but it’s a nice feature to have.I took pictures of it both on and off.-The arm bars can be positioned so they point towards the ground and take up less room.- i personally can adjust the arm bars while i’m seated, which is a plus since going from sitting to standing triggers my POTS symptoms.—————————————————– the digital reader is very basic, and cycles through the different readings as you pedal.SpeedDistance (in miles)TimeCalorietime is recorded for 99.99 minutes (1 hour and 39.99 minutes) and goes back to zero).- to reset everything, just hold down the button until you see 88888 and then let go.—————————————————- I took off 1 star for two reasons:1) the trouble that the locking pin gave me.I shouldn’t have had to unscrew a protective rubber stopper to make it fit.2) it’s easy to knock the digital reader off of its bracket if you aren’t paying attention while getting on and off the bike.there was also some white marshmallow type of stuff on the seat (maybe melted styrofoam?) but it came off when i carefully picked at it—————————————————The dark brown adjustable table was found on Amazon. It’s called the “ Drive Medical Non Tilt Top Overbed Table, Silver Vein “

Absolutely love this bike. I got it to help recuperate from knee surgery and it is just what I need. The pedals are fine, the bike is quiet, the seat is comfortable and it feels quite sturdy and well made. I love that I can work out my arms as well. And takes up very little room in my bedroom, which encourages me to use it regularly as we have a very busy lifestyle. Great buy for the money.

Pros- encourages workout with mobility and small footprint- feels stable to me (205lb at first use)- fairly simple assembly, take your time, do it right, tighten the electronics holding bracket as it always feels loose to me- it is foldable, takes a fairly small footprint. in a single wide trailer it doesnt take up too much space.- can set it at my desk and watch hockey. would prefer if it could go lower to be fully under desk opening so i can game at same time, but oh well, gonna build a keyboard rack.- super simple to use. like holy hell simple. want to reset the timer, push the one button for 3 seconds until the screen displays the reset icons. want to increase intensity, turn the knob for intensity located right below the seat, want to use the arm strappy things, bloody well grab em, they are useable from so many locations.Cons- one recumbent position for locking,- easy to miss the lock tube for the locking pin and that can make the bike unstable if you are moving it by picking it up- plastic solid wheels means they wont break or go flat, which is great, but they are damn loud when moving the bike. if using after kids go to bed, maybe pick up to move, i do.- the arm bars for the tension straps have many lockable positions that are not able to be used due to design flaws on their mechanism. they are usable in about 6-7 positions when they could have 9-11 if memory serves correct.overall i am very happy with the bike. it is able to do exactly what i want it to, and for the price i would buy it again and again honestly. my biggest worry is actually going to be in 1-2 years when the tube strapping for the arm workout start to deteriorate (not a manufacture problem, happens with all the rubber exercise strapping) finding replacement ones that will fit. if the manufacture is reading the reviews, please provide ability to purchase replacement bands! 🙂

This was a xmas present for my kids but also for everyone to use. Have used it every day sometimes a few times for a few weeks and i am impressed. Being on the larger side I was worried but the bike is very sturdy, was easy to put together and everyone loves it! Easy to use and exercise while watching your favorite shows!

One of the holes on the last part to be assembled lacked threads: it is a crucial part. The company requires the entire unit be returned for any product defect. The assembly is about 2 hrs and returning it to the post office after repacking would be 2 hrs more. If you have 4 hrs to waste then you might like this product. Of course, there is no guarantee the replacement unit will be any better. I prefer to fix it at my own cost. I like the concept. But were I doing it all over again I definitely would avoid this product and this company (Triwonder).
