An image of the size of each capsule for a really good product!
I take these 500mg in the morning and 1300mg at night to help combat the sweats. I take a breast cancer drug that halts the production of estrogen and it makes me sweat like a beast. My oncologist recommended Evening Primrose Oil and it really seems to help!In the Q&A section, someone asked how big these capsules are. It wouldn’t allow me to post an image in my answer so I shall post it here. These are much smaller than the big ones I take at bedtime. I’ve placed one next to a dime to give everyone an idea of size. Hope this helps.

Really helped with fibrocystic pain
The ob/gyn recommended this for what turned out to be pain caused from fibrocystic breast disease/condition. I was skeptical, but it really made a huge difference. I was unable to sleep properly from the pain, had to prop pillows, and had a great deal of pain upon rising from bed. After just two days on this, I noticed a monumental improvement. The pain is rare now, and when it does occur, it is greatly diminished.

Artificial something in the ingredients!!!!!
I am highly sensitive to sucrolose. I get headaches. No where on the ingredients does it say artificial sweetener. Sucrolose is made with 1 part sugar and 2 parts chlorine. I read that 10% of artificial sweeteners are sold to pharmaceutical companies. If we are taking something that is supposed to be a natural medicine… Why does it have artificial flavorings???

Small size, great quality
I have used this brand (and others) for years. What I love about these are that they are so much easier to swallow than the large 1300 mg softgels. I will continue to buy this brand if they continue to make the 500mg small softgels available. These are a blessing for people who have trouble swallowing large pills.

Great product
I have Rosacea, and taking this plus turmeric–keeps the bumps and redness completely! My Derm, even said if this was doing it, no need for prescription med. I would say that Primrose oil can have a hormonal effect too, so start with a low dose if using for Rosacea.
