    Save $$ & Time
I am going to save so much money by not having to buy tampons and pads every month! It took a little bit of getting used to, but I will never switch back to tampons now. I recommend watching a youtube video that explains how to put it in/take it out because the included instructions are not very helpful. This is a great price for a cup and it’s just as good as a more expensive one.

    What is this lol
This thing was so tiny. I have to pay more attention to what I’m ordering I guess. I don’t know exactly what this was supposed to catch, but I’m blaming myself for not paying attention to detail.

    Wanted to use this
I have been wanting to get back into cups for a while now. Say this as a lighting deal so I got it right away. Got to me supper fast and I was excited to clean and use it. I open the package and the seal was broken on the cylinder. That was a little suspicious. Thought it still all lines up maybe it happened in shipping. It happens. Opened the container. The bag does not look used but the plastic wrap holding the cup was already open. Going straight and trash.

  7. A T-M

    questionable quality
i got this for my cousin and she complained about a chemical smell coming from the cup that doesnt disappear after washing, even with hot water. in fact it only intensified after using hot water.im no stranger to this material myself, this is made from PVC rubber, which is not body safe and actually dangerous to your health.

I am a petite 23 year old. Bought the small cup. It was cheap and the reviews seemed good thats why i bought it plus being a soft cup i thought a virgin might have it easy.First things first. Before using a menstrual cup you need to educate yourself. Watch videos of different folds and read up on anatomy. Know your own anatomy. There are a lot of complicated folds. I thought the half diamond looked the bomb. But in actual practice it’s sort of a flop. The practical folds are the punchdown, the c and even 7. But these look big and intimidating especially if you are a virgin. There comes the second thing you have to do. Try to get your body comfortable with one finger inside yourself. Graduate to two fingers. Do this in the shower or lubricate yourself. This is important because if you try to just poke it in being a virgin it will hurt. Acclimatize your body.First attempt do in the shower on a day when you have nothing else to do. The first time i tried it, the smaller folds failed, finally the punchdown worked somewhat but i was so sore. I removed it and got on amazon to buy a lubricant. A water based lubricant is what you need as the others will damage your cup. I bought the ky jelly.Next month i tried again. By this time i was comfortable with two fingers in me. I put the lubricant down there (just a little) and on the rim and outside of the cup. Made the punchdown. Angled it so that once inside the unfurling of the fold happens to the back and not front. Relaxed. Just inserted it in a semi squat position towards the tail bone. Went it smoothly. I was surprised. Put my index finger inside to feel around the cup to make sure it had popped open. It had. I had already cut the stem a bit so that it wouldnt irritate me. (During the first attempt i noticed a slight irritation, so i cut it a bit). Washed my hands, did my night routine and went to sleep. (Kept a pad just in case it leaks)The next morning the cup seemed to have done its job. No blood on the pad. Now the removal. This part fazed me. I felt around, the cup had migrated up a bit which was expected. I strained my muscles to bring it down, inserted a finger near to the rim to break the seal and removed it holding the stem with one hand and pinching the base with the other. The blood plopped on the bathroom floor and washed away like i was a wounded warrior bathing after battle. Forgot how the cup lies in the vagina, the next times i would remember to pull it out right. I washed it out and then reinserted it. Learned that i was still on the learning curve when i leaked 2 hours later. Had to repeat the entire drama. So yeah thats the detailed version. Now the cup review. The small is right for me. The cup has no smell. After use and washing also it retains no smell. While removing the blood filled cup theres the smell of iron (blood) but no funky odours like when you use pads. When properly inserted you wont feel a thing. Its comfortable. The achieving a suction is difficult for me as i realised i have strong muscles. The soft ones are a bit problematic to unfurl. Might buy a firmer cup. We’ll see how it goes.Pro tio: cut those nails.

The cup comes with a little cloth bag to store it in and an instruction pamphlet. Its made out of medical grade silicone and is safe to use. It might be a little difficult to get a hang out it but once you navigate the right way to insert the cup its becomes easy to use. You cant feel the cup or the stem hanging out so there’s no need to cut the stem unlike many other cups.

Tried this product despite being a little bit skeptical. Was my first time ever trying a menstrual cup, so i don’t really have the ability to rate it in comparison to other products. I had seen some other reviewers give various warnings about using the product without having done research, consulting a medical professional, etc. I did none of that, and just went eh it either works or it doesn’t, either way i’ll figure it out. Haven’t tried it on a heavy flow day yet, but medium and light days it worked like a charm. Had no leaking or discomfort. I used a punch down fold, i found it easier to hold. Also had no issues trying ensuring it was properly unfolded and suctioned. Highly recommend watching a few tiktoks on techniques to use to ensure it has properly suctioned. Didn’t have any issues with staining. Was super easy to sterilise. Over all, really happy with this product.I am also 20 and have never given birth. Size wise it was great for me.

Does the job but the stem is too short for me, so I’ve bought another one and won’t use this one anymore
