Best enzyme we’ve tried…and we’ve tried tons
Celiac disease causes major stomach issues in our family, but this little bottle of enzymes have been our lifesaver multiple times. It alleviates some of our worst symptoms and causes our stomachs ease. Have bought over and over. Helps tremendously with digestion.

Silver Fern is a great, reputable brand and these enzymes are a great broad spectrum digestive enzyme. You may need to take more than the dose on the bottle to alleviate your symptoms so don’t be afraid to do that. IT WORKS. Switched from RX strength
At once point years ago I was at 0 for my pancreas creating digestive enzymes. I had to take RX strength for years. I finally decided to switch over to non rx strength, and none seemed to work. I saw this as an ad on IG and decided to try it. IT WORKS!! Sometimes I take two for a heavier meal, but I can use these instead of my RX ones 🙂

Have tons of water ready…
I think the capsules themselves work once I finally get them down into my stomach. I read in some of the reviews and in the FAQs that the pills are large, but that doesn’t usually bother me. I actually take capsules that are larger than these, and I don’t have any problems with them. However, these capsules, no matter how many times I try, take forever to go down. It’s not the size. It’s something else. Three full glasses of water…minimum. It’s wild because I’ve never had this happen before and I’ve been taking supplements for a long time. I just read where you can open up the capsules and take the contents that way. That’s what I’ll be doing from now on.
