Better than expected…
For reference, I’m 6’1″ (fluctuating between 240-260 lbs. right now). I have a tech & writing job, so I spend a lot of time at the computer even at home. I also have numerous chronic joint injuries to include degenerative discs.Purchased on sale, so it cost the same as the last couple “gaming chairs” I had purchased. I could tell it was already several degrees of higher quality than those other chairs just from pulling it out of the box.Other chairs have thin metal bases which over time bend, the flimsy plastic handles snap off, and there just isn’t enough seat area to go around. Not so with this chair. I am happy with my purchase.Pros:* Sturdy Metal Construction where it is expected; Extra thick plastic where the plastic goes.* 5 wide profile metal pronged wheel base; sturdy-smooth rolling wheels; well-balanced in all reclining positions; you’d have to try really really hard to tip it over.* 3 hard-set recline positions; Spring release recline mechanism (so you don’t get thwacked); it doesn’t recline to a full lying position, but it reclines far enough where you could fall asleep if using an external foot rest. The full upright is fully upright with no wiggle. Yes!!!* relatively deep seat; seat is wide enough for a decent manspread, especially since the arms can actually be adjusted outward rather than the static squeeze on the thighs;*noticeably more gas pressure in the cylinder makes it sturdier;*mesh back will enhance breathability; lumbar support is adequate (probably) for most peopleNeutrals/Cons:*The seat cushion is semi-firm, more so than “gaming chairs” which are soft and always bottom out very quickly. It isn’t uncomfortable but not comfortable either, mostly because it feels like they designed the front for an edge sitter, rather than contouring it for your thighs. A 12-hour sit might not be in the cards. From experience, duplicating the mesh backing setup in the seat would be more supportive and comfortable than a foam seat. I put my silicone honeycomb seat pad on it. It fits perfectly so most minor inconveniences solved.* The head rest doesn’t fully extend to my height for what you would expect for a head rest. However, I found that I could adjust it to where it is a neck rest and cradles the base of my skull. It is actually more comfortable when used this way, especially if you have disc issues.* The lumbar support, as I said, is adequate, but not up to the level of my $850 office chair. That’s to be expected. A little more adjustability would be preferred though if you are going to advertise it as a feature. The seat is deep enough that I could add my own lumbar pillow, so problem solved.Trivial:* The instruction manel is a tad better than those Swedish manuals, and much better than most Chinese manuals. It is multi-lingual and everything is labelled properly and matches the labelling on the parts. It should be noted that a Shem is not a historical figure, it is a Washer.* Extra bolts and shems for every type. Not needed but appreciated.* Everything lines up as expected and tightens well. Even if there was slight manufacture defect, the engineers give you enough wiggle room for adjustments that you could even accommodate for effects.* A T-style tool was included. It was designed to make tightening a breeze and not aggravate my arthritis or rip skin off. Thank you!* A pair of cotton work gloves were included. They reminded me of Mickey Mouse gloves. The size reaches from my wrist to my first knuckle, so definitely not fitting. Also, the well designed parts and tools ensured there was little to no risk of hurting yourself. Although the thought is appreciated, the manufacturer could probably skip the inclusion. I will add them to my annual donation pile.Update (10/23/2022): Figured out the lumbar adjustment. It is now extremely comfortable. Disregard previous complaint. I’ve been sitting in this for hours now, and it actually makes my back feel better.

Comfortable and well worth the purchase!
I bought this chair in March of 2024 and can confidently say it is well worth the price. It’s rare to find a chair in this price point that can hold up to daily use. I sit in this chair basically all day between work, school and video games and it’s still comfortable. The adjustability of the height, back rest, lumbar support and arm/head rests make it very customizable. I also enjoy that you can lock the lean function or leave it unlocked. Super comfortable and will definitely buy again!

Good medium priced office chair with a few problems
I bought this during Prime Days and got a good deal. I am not an expert on chairs, but I’ve bought about six office chairs in the last decade. These are good chairs. I would buy again.Pros:- reasonable price- comfortable for both my self and my wife- seat is large, good thigh support, and soft- adjustable arm rests, lumbar supports, head rest, and tilt stiffness – nice!- somewhat easy to assemble- the screws and parts are in a blister pack with a couple extra partsCons:- rollers do not roll as easy as some chairsAssembly notes:- as a retired tech writer, I’ll give the Assembly Guide a 70% – it’s all illustrations and the illustrations are not large enough – the parts labels don’t always match the assembly instructions- don’t forget the washers – it’s hard to see in the illustrations, but most bolts use them- the casters are difficult to install into the bottom frame – use a light coat of three-in-one oil on the caster stems and they will go in easily- it is difficult to attach the chair back to the seat – put both parts on the ground and concentrate on getting one bolt in, the others will be easy to get in

A solid chair for the budget conscious sitter.
While this is not THE most comfortable chair, let’s face it – if you sit for long periods, what chair IS? I bought this chair because I’m making a career change. I’ve returned to school and spend hours at my desk. At the age of 50, sitting for a long time with my nose pointed toward a book can be hard on the seat, back and neck. I looked at all kinds of office chairs and settled on this one, primarily because it was on sale, was in my budget and so I clicked the “Add to cart” button and hoped for the best.It was delivered, and I had to work that evening, and when I got home my 17-year-old son had assembled it. My theory on the simplicity of assembly can be deduced from that sentence above. He didn’t have any extra parts left over and the chair was complete!I sat down. I leaned back. I shifted the lever that keeps the chair in an upright position and sat straight up.Okay! I can live with this. It has been almost two full months of using this chair and I have no problems.Pros:easy to assemblesufficient comfort level – adequate cushion in the seatcan be leaned back or pop the lever in to stay straight uprollers on bottomheadrest is adjustableaffordableeasy to cleanarm-rests can be moved up or downheight adjustment is self-explanatory – you’ll figure it outthe “lumbar” support is actually comfortable – it’s “there” if you back up to it but if you scoot forward just a bit, you won’t feel it if you don’t want to sit like thatOverall this seems like a chair that’s going to last me for a few years, at least, and not fall apart. In the context of size, I’m not a small or extra larger person. I’m an average middle-aged woman with meat on the bones. The seat is plenty big enough.I would recommend this chair as an upgrade to the hand-me-down office chair that just isn’t comfortable any longer.

J’ai reçu ma commande fin septembre, j’ai payé 159,99€ (je constate qu’elle a fortement augmenté depuis ! 🙁 probablement le confinement qui fait augmenter les prix pas cool du tout), j’ai donc eu tout loisir de tester cette chaise de bureau avant de laisser ce commentaire. Je suis petite (1,55 mètre) mon inquiétude était donc de me tromper en achetant un chaise de bureau trop grande pour moi et inadaptée à ma morphologie, de plus en commandant sur internet impossible de l’essayer avant achat, je ne pouvais donc pas me tromper. Après de longues recherches mon choix s’est porté sur cette chaise de bureau et je ne le regrette pas du tout, elle est géniale. Tout d’abord l’article est arrivé parfaitement emballé et bien protégé, il y a même des gants pour le montage et toutes les visseries et rondelles sont fournies en surnombre pour ne pas en manquer. J’ai “chronométré” le montage ça nous a pris 30 minutes pour la monter c’est tout simple. Après le montage il faut prendre son temps pour bien l’adapter en fonction de sa morphologie pour que tout soit bien en bonne position. La chaise de bureau est de très bonne qualité les matériaux ne sont pas “tchip” au contraire. L’assise n’est pas trop profonde (j’avais un peu cette crainte du faite de mes “petites” jambes) et très confortable, les heures passées assises en télétravail rend l’assise vraiment confortable et on ne fatigue pas après de longues heures de travail. J’adore la position lombaire à positionner de haut en bas et également en durcissant la torsion avec la molette. J’adore également la têtière que l’on peut monter et descendre mais également positionner en avant ou en arrière. Possible aussi de mettre le dossier en position “détente” pour que la chaise ne reste pas droite j’utilise agréablement cette position lorsque je suis au téléphone pour me détendre. j’apprécie la qualité alu du pied et les roulettes noires et blanches sont bien adaptées. Le seul “bémol” que je trouverai à cette chaise de bureau si je veux vraiment donner un avis complet et s’il y aurait un “défaut” à lui trouver seraient les accoudoirs qui sont parfaitement moulés pour recevoir l’avant du bras (un +) qui peuvent se régler en hauteur (un +) mais que nous ne pouvons hélas pas avancer ou reculer pour permettre de les régler à notre convenance et suivant notre position bureau (un -)… dommage mais c’est vraiment le seul petit défaut que je peux lui trouver. Je voulais vous faire partager mon avis complet et détaillé car si comme moi vous ne voulez pas vous tromper et si vous faites des nombreuses recherches à la recherche d’avis et de commentaires pour trouver LA chaise idéale alors peut-être mon avis vous sera utile dans votre choix

Very easy to setup and instructions were pretty simple to follow. Plus they have video instructions that you can scan on the manual to get. A VERY comfortable chair that lets you lie back and relax with ease. This is my first ergonomic chair ever, so I’m really impressed. Plus it’s a HUGE upgrade from the chair I had before (picture attached).

Die verstellbare Kopfstütze und Lendenwirbelstütze sorgen für eine individuell anpassbare Sitzhaltung – gerade bei längeren Arbeitsphasen eine echte Entlastung für den Rücken.Die hohe Rückenlehne unterstützt die Wirbelsäule optimal, und das atmungsaktive Mesh-Material fühlt sich auch an warmen Tagen angenehm an. Alles wirkt solide verarbeitet, die Mechanik läuft ruhig und zuverlässig. Auch die Montage war unkompliziert – in unter 30 Minuten stand der Stuhl einsatzbereit.Besonders gut gefällt mir das moderne, unaufdringliche Design in Dunkelgrau. Der Stuhl passt perfekt in mein Heimbüro und bietet ein sehr gutes Sitzgefühl – selbst nach mehreren Stunden. Absolute Kaufempfehlung für alle, die viel am Schreibtisch sitzen! 💼🧘♂️
