Great Work From Home Standing Desk
I am happy with my order! The desk looks like the picture, although it’s a little smaller than expected—but that’s okay because it actually fits better in the room. The color is accurate to the photos. I like the height-adjustment feature, and it’s easy to use. The quality of the desk is good! The box is very heavy, and while it did take a few hours to put together, the directions made it very easy. The drawers are shallow but perfectly fine for what we need, and there’s plenty of storage space and desk space overall. I would recommend it if you’re looking for a standing desk that isn’t plain—we love the added storage and desk space.

Great desk but long assembly
This desk is beautiful and works great. It takes a long time to assemble (I was around 4.5 hours), but it’s worth it! I found the directions relatively easy to follow and appreciated that all pieces were individually labeled. It’s not modular, so make sure the set up works for your space before purchasing.

Exceeded my expectations!
So i was on the fence for about 3 months with this desk!!! The reviews were mixed and i was worried the quality wasn’t going to be good. I decided to just go ahead and go for it since Amazon never lets me down when i have issues. I’m so glad i did. The desk is AMAZING! Yes, its going to be a HEADACHE to put together, but its worth it at this price. I’ve seen desks like this go over 1k easily!! Hubby assembles stuff all the time, so he’s comfortable putting things like this together. He clocked it at under 5 hours, taking his time. Lots of little pieces, so bring your patience! Once it was done, i was a happy camper! Desk is cute. I got the black and wood grain one and i was pleased with the look. It doesnt look cheap at all. I’m 5’7 and the max height on this one is slightly more than i would need. The riser isnt too loud either, which was a bonus. It can save up to 3 height preferences which is awesome, and the riser is steady! I have a monitor, a heavy work lamp and a phone. Not to mention a bunch of little things on my desk, and it rises smoothly without worry of something falling off. If i had to put some cons to this purchase, i would say its the fact that the L part of the cabinet has no decorative backing. If its up against a wall, its not an issue. The other thing would be how narrow it is. I wish the cabinets were just a little deeper! One of the riser legs goes through the cabinet, so it disrupts the space when it comes to storage. But like i said, for this price, we are already getting plenty!!! Happy with my purchase. Know lets just see how it holds up lol!

My new work desk! Love the farmhouse design! Holds printer, toner, paper and dual monitors!
I just assembled this desk by myself and I thought it would take roughly 2.5 hrs but I ended up putting 4 hours into the assembly process!I am mechanically inclined and have been working on and assembling mechanical equipment for about 30 years so instructions and tools are second nature for me but it still took me quite a while to get this one done! I used a cordless drill with bit set to do most of the turning but tightened with hand tools.There are just a huge amount of parts to this but the instructions are clear and didn’t require any back-stepping.This desk is solid and looks fantastic! I love that you can have things on the shelves and slide the barn doors over them to make it look nice and neat again.The lowest setting is just barely above the arms of my chair’s lowest setting. The highest is too tall for me to work on comfortably (6 feet 0 inches tall).I have two memory settings programmed (a sit and a stand) and I like the way the desk goes to either on with a single button press. The lifting and lowering is almost silent and very smooth! I am able to put a large laser jet office printer/scanner on the lower part of the L shape and there is a 34″ and a 27″ monitor mounted to the desk surface comfortably.It looks just like the pics and is very stable. It doesn’t shake around even when resting my hands on the edge and typing.Great value at $269 and is more than just a flat desk, it’s a real piece of furniture even though it is all engineered wood (particle board) and not solid wood.Pricing is hundreds less than from other sellers!I highly recommend this desk as long as you’re up for the challenge of assembling it!

To be honest, I was a little worried when I read the reviews about shipping. However, I received my desk about a week after ordering so I was honestly a little surprised it came so quick. My desk came with all the parts and NO damage. I will share…the box is HEAVY! It weighs over 135 lbs., so please have a friend or someone who can lift handy to move your desk in your house or to wherever you would like it.The instructions were clear and easy to follow…but PAY ATTENTION! One wrong move and you may have to start all over again. The only piece I had any struggle fitting together was the desktop and supporting frame had two holes very slightly misaligned, but I was able to easily realign them with a little muscle. However overall, I am very pleased with the quality and instructions. The sit-stand feature works great!The dimensions were dead on with it being 55″ in width and 47 and 1/4 deep. At 5′ 10″ it is a very comfortable height when in the standing position. How I have mine set up makes it a little tight due to spacing in the room, but this was a personal option and would fit spaces big enough to accommodate.The one slight modification I did make was to the rear of the “L” portion of the desk. I wanted my desk facing so I could see out my window and who was coming in the room. The back of the “L” was facing the door, so you only saw the back of the “L” which looked like the rear of any other furniture. To make it slightly more aesthetically pleasing I took a piece of tempered hardboard and put Natural Wood-Grey Wood Contact Paper Peel and Stick Wallpaper on it and tacked it to the backside. It gave it a slightly more finished look. But this was TOTALLY a personal change and not required.Overall, I love this desk, and it is very comfortable and fits just right.
