Excellent for Preventing Night Cramps
I can get really horrific ankle and foot cramps at night if I haven’t drank enough water or eaten enough salt in a day. The cramps are very painful and last several minutes before they finally release, only to seize up again, at least a few times. It’s pretty miserable and terrible for my sleep.I started taking a packet of this in hot water (with a little extra magnesium) about an hour before bed and it nearly guarantees I won’t have cramps, and I’ll be able to sleep relatively well.I do wish they were less expensive.

I feel terrible writing a bad review for Salud. I love their other products. This one in particular, tastes terrible and the after taste is even worse. Im glad to see it works well for others. It did not do anything for me. I was unable to get that deep sleep I was looking for. I tried returning it, but Salud doesn’t accept returns.

I have sleeping disorders and I’ve tried sleeping pills /teas/ melatonin. Nothing helps and keeps me asleep but when I tried this with in an hour or so it’s starts to get me tired and I’m knocked out the entire night I love this product I will continue to take it
