There’s a great list of ingredients in these supplements that combine to form a potent pack of vitamins for reproductive health. The amount per serving of each ingredient seems to be pretty standard; not too high or too low for maintaining a healthy reproductive system, but as always, be sure to incorporate it carefully if you take other supplements already.The pills are standard sized and easy to take, but you will need to take two a day once or twice a day. Luckily, they do not produce any odors or aftertastes, which is quite nice! For the price, I’d say this product is well worth all the benefits the ingredients provide.

This was a great maca supplement for energy. Generally I don’t feel different between different manufacturers but on this one I felt a slight improvement over others. I like how clean and crisp the packaging is. I also like that it’s shiny and red. And I think that may be a psychological thing that made me feel like my ‘red Maca’ is working better than other Macas in the past.The flavor was fine – I mean you just swallow it. But sometimes with other capsules I’ve ad they can get stuck in your throat and then you cough Maca powder up like you are Puff the Magic Dragon or something. That didn’t happen with this.All in all really good.
