Love the different grip options
Good quality and I love the different grip options. I think for the money I paid it was a good investment and it does what I need it to do especially when trying to do over head exercises for arms. It isn’t awkward to hold and makes those types of exercises much easier to do.

Side handles are great
I love the side handles. Easier than holding a dumbell, or regular kettle weight. Its good to alter grip. These make russian twists more comfortable so Im not focused on my grip, but on my abs , like I should.

I’m a very small person and holding this was very difficult. It wasn’t the weight, it was the width of the handles and how they were spaced. I’m all of 4’11” and I didn’t realize this thing was over a foot tall. The handles are also a smooth plastic which is good and bad. Not too much to get a good grip with but also wouldn’t cause blisters from friction.

I bought this for my wife to use. The Kettle Bell has leaked sand from the bottom since day one.You can see it all over her yoga mat. I contacted the seller several times over this issue and they continue to avoid me.I will be reaching out to Amazon to have the issue resolved.
