Doing their job
These are nice bands. I’m trying to get myself back in shape after not only an injury but then an illness. These are nice ways for me to just anytime I want around the house pop out a band and do a little exercise. They seem sturdy enough and are working fine. Time will tell about their longevity but they’re inexpensive enough that if they break down after a year or two I won’t mind buying new ones

These arrived promptly and I have only used the 2 lower strength bands so far. They are easy to use and nice and narrow but strong. I have had some in the past that were wide and wore out easily. Hopefully I can graduate to the other 2 strong bands. Great for travel too!
