Good value
Good bands. Great for warming up. Good for pulling exercises. Compact so you can travel with them if you’d like. This set has plenty of bands that when combined provide good resistance for a variety of exercises.

Versatile and convenient
These seem to be of excellent quality. I’m a senior citizen and these are nice to have in the house. In stead of sitting in front of the TV all the time in the evening I can use these while watching. Gets me off my lazy butt and exercise a little bit. Also travels well when we go to Florida in the winter

Nice set of resistance bands and accessories!!
I’ve only had this set of resistance bands for a couple of months but I’ve used them pretty extensively. They seem to really hold up and you get everything you need for a pretty good workout!! I recently had some injuries so weight training was a little tough but using the bands has been easy on my system!! I feel like I’m building and maintaining good muscle mass but there’s a lot to that including diet so I can’t say it’s just the bands. Anyways as far as a product I think for the money you get a lot and I would highly recommend anyone who wants to get into resistance band training to purchase this set!!

Good strength training
Bands are good quality. They hold up to your needs. Changing out the strength resistance is very easy to use and you definitely feel the difference once you level up your resistance . Easy to pack and take on travels.

These bands have real differences in resistance. They are well made. I incorporated them easily into my workout routines. Other bands look good in pictures but have no tension. I would purchase again.

Home gym bands
These are great and I use a mountain climbing buckle on a hook to hang them. With a mat and a door I have most equipment others pay memberships for. The quality of the product is evident in the thickness and sturdiness of the materials.
