Review from a quad: comfortable and reliable for mild incontinence
These are great! Super soft, very comfortable, and they stay in place in my underwear. They feel smaller and less bulky than your average pad, but they offer exceptional protection against bladder leaks and mild incontinence. I’m quadriplegic with pelvic floor muscles and I rely on these if I’m going to be away from my house for long periods of time. I know that they can handle any minor bladder leak that I might have while out and about and keep me comfortable and feeling dry while I get to a location where it can be changed. Highly recommend this product!

Soft, comfortable and wide
The panty liners are wellMade. The liners are soft and wide and made of cotton fabric inside and out and they are very comfortable. The design is very good and they have no smell and they just have a nice clean scent and no perfumes. The panty liner adhesive sticks to the underwear well and it stays on until it’s time to dispose of the panty liner.I like that the liners are 8” inches long. They cover the panty well and they don’t bunch and I stay comfortable all day. And even if they will bunch it will not be uncomfortable because they are very soft. The liners are about half inch less than the always 3in one panty liners and they are just fine for me.I used to wear the always 3 in one panty liners and I stoped buying them because they have a scent and the scent was bothering my senses and I started searching for organic panty liners and found these and I purchased them. They are a good value for the money.

Great for postpartum!
When I first got these pads and opened them I thought, “wow these are huge!!!!” and wasn’t sure I would actually be using them or not. They’re much larger (double the size!) than the ones provided by the hospital after the birth of my baby. The size eventually came in handy as I had a small hemorrhage and I was so pleased with the length and thickness. I experienced no leakage. I almost always felt dry (I think for the purpose of urinary incontinence you would feel entirely dry). They are incredibly durable! There was no reaction to my skin and I am so thankful for the quality of the material in such a ‘sensitive’ area. Something I do want to mention (maybe TMI) is if you do plan on using these for postpartum and have quite heavy bleeding, shave your lady bits just a tad. I was letting everything heal so I hadn’t touched up down there and my pubes actually stuck to the dried blood and that was like a free wax I wasn’t expecting. Ouch.Overall I would use these again for another baby. In my personal use, I used them all. For an uncomplicated postpartum, you will only need a few of the pads but they are worth it!

Small & cotton
These pads are small and perfect for me 1. Small 2. Cotton not itchy!

Much too wide
I will finish using them but will not buy again. They are soft only good news. They would be great if they were about an inch or more off the width. Much too wide. They bunch up in the middle and the adhesive should go all the way to the end of the pad.

Teeny tiny but ORGANIC!
Happy to have ORGANIC pads. I admit to having to use 2 because they are so tiny. Still, ORGANIC is smart.

Disappointing! Uncomfortable, poor design, and too expensive!
I’m quite disappointed with these pads. The fabric, whatever it is, that extends around the perimeter of each pad is stiff and unpleasant when in contact with skin. The much-vaunted “organic cotton” feels nothing like cotton, so if it is indeed organic cotton, it’s wasted on these. The plastic package surrounding each pad is an example of very poor design. It’s difficult to find the open edge to pull, then takes too much effort for arthritic hands just to open a tiny light plastic packet. It could be much easier to do. And, as others have mentioned, having the paper strip that covers the adhesive strip on the back of each pad be affirmatively GLUED DOWN tight to the inside of the plastic wrapper is incomprehensible. It is tightly glued in 3 separate places. Why??By gluing the paper strip to the plastic wrapper, it makes taking that plastic wrapper off more difficult than it has any reason to be. It’s awkward, then leaves you holding an odd combination of conjoined plastic and paper in your hand. This makes it impossible to recycle the paper strip. AND it prevents using the empty plastic wrapper to cover the pad for subsequent disposal. In sum, it’s needlessly wasteful in TWO separate ways! The foolishly wasteful design of these wrappers makes me question whether this is, in fact, a women-designed product? Of course, there’s no necessary connection there, but given how many women have expressed frustration in these reviews about their inability to use the empty plastic wrapper for eventual disposal of used pads, I’m reminded that women often tend to be rather oriented toward a “re-usable” mindset. Probably more than men? No, it’s not necessarily the case, but I’d bet there’s a hint of truth there somewhere.I also can’t imagine why the designers of these pads, of whatever gender, didn’t notice how thin and scratchy the gathered edging around the pad feels. It’s not subtle! And there’s no discernible difference between front and back on the “moderate” size I purchased. Maybe there’s not meant to be one? Okay. If so, something on the package should say that and save us trouble looking. The absorbency of the “moderate” version is not impressive. I don’t know how it measures up against the volume it’s represented to hold. But I don’t want to be obliged to wear a physically longer pad in order to get decent absorption. Why must those go together so automatically?I’ve been using a very inexpensive brand of incontinence pads that do a good job. The brand, Wise, gets very low ratings for reasons that escape me. The material is softer, the absorbency is superior, and although the cover material doesn’t purport to be made of “organic cotton”, I haven’t read anything on their site or package that suggests to me that it’s apt to be toxic. Not that I’m qualified to sort through the various terms that get used so loosely in describing these products. Like organic cotton. I’ll bet a quarter that the surface on the Rael brand gets called that on the basis of some narrow technicality. So I can’t recommend this brand to anyone. I had hoped to find something better than the Wise brand, that’s just okay, but the alternatives I’ve plowed through don’t really seem better, just more expensive based on their own hype alone.

good hygienic product. only fault really: they do bunch up & no matter how much you stretch them out, they do go back to that shape….so does not cover as much because of that.JUST DO NOT MAKE THEM AS WIDE AND THANKS.

Organic, so that is main reason why bought it. Works well, and happy with this purchase
