Great company, clean products
Got this for a mitochondrial reboot course, didn’t see any significant results. Still great for a sleep aide tho, just open the cap and use a quarter or less of the powder in water. May be a cheaper option than buying the 1,3, or 5 mg caps

WWe have made two purchases so far, and it has truly been the most effective melatonin we have ever experienced. The onset of its effects is rapid, and I do not experience any grogginess in the morning, which is highly beneficial. I highly recommend giving it a try.

A high quality product
I have used this, as well as the much smaller dosage of Spring Valley melatonin.This appears to be a high quality product, but here are my impressions of the two products compared.The Spring Valley 3mg product makes me sleepy more quickly, and I usually wake up after seven hours feeling rested. Pure Encapsulations 20mg takes longer to take effect, but I sleep a full eight hours (and can sleep longer than that), which makes sense for a higher dosage. I use this one rather sparingly, usually when I have trouble sleeping and need to make certain I get a full night’s sleep no matter what.

I wanted to write a review for this one. I have been taking melatonin since it made the news years ago as a sleep supplement. That must have been 25 -30 years ago, and I have taken it continually ever since as an adjunct to other supplements. I am also a chronic insomniac who has been taking prescription medication since I was in my early 20’s. That is a long time. Almost 40 years. I like to do a washout period at the end of each month so that my prescribed medication will work better. I have always tried to find something that would work during that period, but never have found anything that actually works. Believe me, I have tried it all.After taking this the first night, I realized that this melatonin was different than any other brand I have ever taken. Melatonin has always been a little bit of a help for me, but not a cure. Maybe it is because the product is pure. I just get the feeling that if melatonin was a prescription item, and was regulated for purity, it would feel like this.This is unquestionably the best melatonin that I have taken. It is just a different level of quality, and it is not just because the dosage is so high. It does not give me bad dreams, and does not leave me groggy in the morning. It just makes me sleepy, and there are very few supplements that actually make me sleepy.If 20 mg’s are too much for you, I would consider taking a smaller dosage, but stick with this brand. There is a world of difference.

Can’t go wrong with pure encapsulations supplements! Excellent quality. Ideal dosage (much better than having to take multiple smaller dosage pills). No excess ingredients – easier on health. Highly recommend for sleep or calming down an overactive autonomic nervous system.
