Amazing sleep & quality
I hardly ever leave reviews on Amazon. But this product is AMAZING.I am 21 weeks pregnant, on an international trip for 3 weeks. We have been moving between different hotels, beds etc, but no matter where I am, I get the best, comfiest sleep with this pillow.Truly; it’s easily adjustable, does not come off the valcro, fabric feels good, the filling is thick and supportive, and most importantly it keeps me on my sides. I highly recommend it!

Best Pregnancy Pillow I’ve Tried – Worth Every Penny
This pregnancy pillow has been a total lifesaver! The cooling fabric keeps me comfortable all night, and the skin-friendly material is soft and gentle, it’s perfect for sensitive skin during pregnancy. I can easily reposition it to support my back, hips, and legs, depending on what I need. The design is a brilliant, it really helps relieve pressure and keeps me in a comfortable position. You can tell this was designed with real input from expectant mothers!

Velcro is not very strong
Yes it’s comfortable. I don’t notice the “cooling effect” other reviews mention. The fabric is ok against the skin. My problem is that the Velcro is infuriating. Seems like they attempted to make sure the Velcro patches were gentle and soft so that they would not be abrasive if there is skin contact. But the Velcro hardly sticks. Especially when you are in between the two cushions essentially putting pressure on both ends. So they end up drifting apart at some point in my slumber. And if I switch sides at all then it’s likely to come unattached, in the dark so I’m having to re-adhere without seeing.Great pillow with great function and comfort but this one detail ruins it for me. Not worth returning IMO, I’ll just use it in other ways.

Perfect maternity pillow
Love this maternity pillow! I hated all the typical pregnancy pillows. I had a huge j-shaped pillow for my first two pregnancies but couldn’t always get the support I needed in the right spots and the pillow fabric was and the fabric cover started pilling after a few washes which bothered my skin all night. Not to mention how difficult it is to turn over with those huge maternity pillows!This DONAMA pillow has worked much better for me to get back and belly support with a MUCH smaller pillow. I use a separate pillow in between my legs. It is SO MUCH easier to turn over at night with this smaller pillow! Although it’s small, it has plenty of filling to be supportive and it’s got a good wedge angle on each half. Love the smoothness of the fabric and the cooling aspect actually works. My skin is so sensitive especially when I’m pregnant.The only drawback is that the bottom is not the same smooth fabric as the top. During the night the pillow covering often shifts and a little bit of the scratchy bottom fabric will then be up against my skin. Not a lot but when you’re pregnant, any small thing can wake you up. I just wish they’d have covered the entire pillow in the same fabric as the top! I’ve actually had to put a pillow case over the one side that kept having the fabric cover shift and that has solved my issues with it. It is the perfect back/belly support so it is worth dealing with one small irritation!

Couldn’t sleep without it
This adjustable pillow is perfect for the different stages of pregnancy. The shape alters a little with use, but the firmness sticks around and remains supportive. Even with it flattening ever so slightly, I’m not mad because my stomach is so big now if it had stayed fluffier it wouldn’t fit under my stomach. I’m 4 days out from my due date and I can’t even take a nap without this pillow so my stomach has support. The back part of the pillow also helps to stop me from rolling over as I’m normally a back sleeper pre-pregnancy.I would for sure recommend.

I slept like a baby.
As soon as I received it I slept soooo well. I adjusted it to my preference, and kneaded it and fluffed it per instructions and I got the best sleep for the first time in weeks. No tossing or turning trying to find a way to get comfortable. No rolling blankets to support my belly and back. The l shaped pillow i got back from my first pregnancy was not it. There was no support from that what so ever, I would literally just sleep inside the L and had to toss it out awhile back. I honestly could not believe how well i slept because of this pillow. It has belly and back support, the instructions are simple and helpful. Im so glad I went through with the purchase. I cant wait to start getting better sleep. This will definitely be my go to for my future pregnant moms.

Not good enough
I am not impressed with this product. The Velcro that connects the two pillows is too small, which creates a significant gap between them and leaves me without support on the side of my belly and back. I had to sew the fabric to the edge to keep the pillows closer together; otherwise, I would have needed to add extra pillows to prevent them from spreading apart. Additionally, the material they use is not firm enough. I definitely would not recommend this product.t recommend this product.product.
