XL Runs Small But Includes Extensions, Quality Item But Not What I Need, BEWARE NO SIZE INFO
NOTE: I got the size XL because there were no size charts or measurements on the page when I ordered. The XL runs smaller than the average XL I’m used to, but it comes with a couple of short extensions to add additional inches. Probably wouldn’t fit size 3X or over. 2X is possible but can’t tell without a chart or guide.I’m 5’8″ female 185 lbs, waist is about 40″, I have large arms and broad shoulders and hips that would knock any man into next Tuesday — both figuratively AND literally! lol But I digress. I ordered the largest size available (XL) because there was zero size charts or guides or information about that when I ordered. Turns out the XL fits snugly on me but not so tight that I can’t breathe. I didn’t try out the extensions because I quickly learned this setup won’t help me.I bought another posture brace over a year ago that is really helpful when standing, driving, or sitting for extended periods of time. I have arthritis in my lower spine as well as degenerative disk disease, and the support really helps delay or offset backaches. I ordered this to have a spare for when my old one wears out finally.Unfortunately, this is not like my old one, and doesn’t give me the support I need up along my spine. This brace is more for rounded, droopy shoulders that can cause another type of backache from poor posture, but not for my condition. There are no metal support ribs up along the spine with this, as there are in my old one. It doesn’t come down low enough to wrap around my lower back, so there’s no support there either. Very unfortunate for me.I will say that I’m impressed with this shoulder supporter, even though it’s not what I need. The material is thick and well composed with good stitching and strong velcro. It’s adjustable around the waist with velcro as well as around the shoulders with plastic slide adjusters. It comes with a color instruction card with both photos and text, and also a booklet that has guides and tips for back training exercises that include yoga and weight training among other helpful things.I’d like this a lot if it were something I could use effectively. The lack of size guidance and other useful info on the page is a big negative for me, but the good news is that one of the inserts they include with the product is customer support info that specifically says they will help you quickly if there are issues with sizing. That says a lot to me about their earnestness, even though I don’t plan to contact them about mine.4 stars from me; I think people who can use this will like it.

Helpful brace, difficult to adjust arm straps
This is my first time trying this style of back brace. I was not sure what size to order, so I went with a Large since the photo appeared to be a unisex fit. I typically wear XL in women’s clothing and felt the Large brace was just a bit too snug for my preferences, but it still seems to work as intended.I have poor posture and feel this brace helps stabilize my back. The arm straps were diving into my armpits at first, until I realize the cushions it came with are able to be attached there to add extra support. I wish they came pre-attached so there is no confusion, as the straps are uncomfortable without the cushions.I like the simple, adjustable band for the mid-section, but found I must keep it quite tight in order to get the support I need, which sometimes puts an uncomfortable pressure on my stomach. The most difficult part for me about this particular brace is that I cannot easily adjust the arm straps on my own without completely removing the brace. This is frustrating to me, because it is hard to tell how much I need to adjust the straps until it’s already on my back. Having a friend help me is ideal, but not always an option.That being said, this brace is sufficient if you want light/medium support and a reminder not to slouch.

So I ordered this posture corrector hoping to finally stop looking like a question mark… but it’s huge. I strapped it on and instantly looked like a discount superhero with saggy wings. My posture didn’t improve, but my confidence as “The Slouch Avenger” sure did.It’s comfy, though, just not tight enough to correct anything except my sense of fashion. Maybe it’s fixing my posture in spirit? Either way, if you’re built like a linebacker or a friendly bear, this is perfect. For me? I guess I’ll keep pretending it’s a new fashion statement.

Needs Better Back Support
This posture corrector looks promising at first — it’s lightweight, breathable, and easy to adjust. However, when it comes to actual back support, it falls a bit short. The straps help with shoulder alignment, but the lower back area doesn’t provide the firmness or stability that someone with real posture issues might need.It’s fine for short-term wear or light correction, but if you’re looking for a posture brace that truly relieves tension and helps train your spine, this one might not deliver the full results. The comfort is there, but the support could be stronger.

Helpful posture corrector brace
I got this to help my work from home posture as I find myself hunching over my keyboard. This one includes shoulder straps and back strap that wraps around your waist. It was simple enough to put on and adjust and when I pulled it down in back it helped adjust the shoulder to help the rounding. It is comfortable to wear. Overall I’m happy with it and would recommend.
