Money saving cotton period underwear
I don’t know why I’ve waited so long to buy these! Besides myself I have 3 menstruating daughters (one more starting soon). I could have saved so much money if I bought these at the beginning! Our great grandmothers used to use rags. I was always taught that wasn’t sanitary and we had moved on to better disposable products. This is false. As long as they are properly rinsed after use, laid flat or hung to dry, and washed well they are as clean as regular underwear.They are so soft! These have quality cotton fabric where they touch skin and the microfiber core helps absorb more liquid than cotton could. So best of both worlds. The material is stretchy with a wide comfortable waist band.The only problem we’ve had is we tend to have heavy flow the first day and these can’t quite handle the flow the first day. Other than that we can wear them confidently with no leaks. So much more comfortable than bunchy pads and no more twisting and getting them stuck to sensitive hairs!!

Life-changing for gender dysphoria related to cycle
Wow! I’m honestly shocked to say that I love these. I was expecting this product to be about as helpful as any other I’ve tried.My cycle exacerbates significant dysphoria for me, and I’ve historically avoided my cycle, to the point of multiple bleed-throughs due to neglect. I’ve sought help to no avail, so I decided if I’m stuck with it, I should try to use this thing that harms my mental health to connect with my ancestors. An excellent song called Goddess Code by Lizzy Jeff (2018) inspired me:”Tap in, stay in tune with your cycle, let it flow.Every moon, welcome in its arrival, let it glow.Free bleeding on the Earth is tribal, let it flow.If it isn’t vital for your survival, let it go.”The problem with this practice is overcoming the harm from direct contact with my cycle.Y’ALL. These unders are a Goddess send!! No pad, no tampon, no cup, AND no blood on my clothes or vulva!! Seriously, this material wicks the blood away from your skin (I didn’t know this when I bought them). My flow is moderately heavy. Not a drop anywhere but under that mysterious black liner. The only blood I interact with is what I wipe away after peeing. No sneaky mess on any skin areas, nooks, or crannies. No bloody fingers to contend with. Plus, the fit is genuinely comfortable for long wear. I found the size to be true (I hang out around 43-44″ hip circumference and bought Large), and there’s a great combo of stretch AND control. I don’t usually wear undies this high, but I actually found it to be soothing to have a gentle hold around by lower abdomen…like a weighted blanket kind of.Summary:- Wicks blood away from skin- Does not bleed through, after a full day of wear.- No bloody fingers!- Comfortable to wear all day- True to size for my body (5′ 4″, 180lbs)- Material has stretch and simultaneous controlMake sure you follow the washing instructions on the package to preserve the material! I cut the instructions off the packaging and put it in my drawer–truly, just wash in warm (not hot) water and line/hang dry.I am going to purchase other cuts from this company and see if I love those as much (I’m pretty sure I saw thongs, that’s my next try).To all my folx with a uterus, these are worth a try for anyone struggling with their cycle. I was pretty skeptical, given these were my first encounter with period underwear. The thing that drives me most crazy is smell—and despite being extremely comfortable and feeling like cotton these do an INCREDIBLE job containing moisture and odor. Can’t tell at all! The material is soft, thick, and very wearable. I’m a size 16-18 and the XXL fit me comfortably, even when I was bloated.I washed them in a cold cycle with a double rinse, and they’ve held up well to air drying (does take a little I get due to thickness) and low dryer cycles.They’re worth every penny! After my first day wearing them I placed another order.

Bigger than I thought
They were a little bigger than I thought they would be. I used these postpartum for my c section because I was so sick of pads. It was towards the end of the 6 weeks for bleeding so I don’t know how great it would absorb during heavy period days but PERFECT for light days and tail end of PP. really comfy to

Absorbent area is pretty small
The absorbent part of these is very small. The listing says full coverage so I was assuming it would be like my other period underwear that it’s just full coverage front to back but it’s not. It’s like the size of a mid-heavy flow pad. Because of this I don’t trust it overnight or for long wear in the day. But it is good for accompanying my disc and provides a sufficient backup. I wouldn’t purchase more of these, though. I prefer complete coverage.I did was then immediately upon receiving them and have washed them a couple of times since and they seem to be holding up well to it.

I’ve struggled recently with pants, my perimenopausal skin sensitivity means most knicker elastic chafes and irritates my skin. These pants are a lovely stretch Jersey, wash well, 4 months in and no shrinkage and the still look good! There’s no nasty elastic to irritates my skin (or pull away after the first wash like supermarket knicker packs do!) , they’re full bum, high waist so no muffin hanging over. They’re SO comfortable!

These underwear ate very comfortable and don’t ride up too much. The waist band gives it that extra comfort.The seam on one did have a bitnof a hard end, which dug in a bit, but not excessively that I can’t wear them.The stretch in them is good and there isn’t that restriction with the stretch on the edges, which I often find with some things.Overall good purchase
