This stuff is God sent.
I’m not kidding when I say this stuff is saving me. Due to gastric issues not completely diagnosed yet, and excessive internal scar tissue, I am unable to eat solid food. I’ve been subsisting on babyfood, and broth. This drink is finally providing me with nutrition to support my needs. Additionally, it doesn’t have all the added stuff I’m avoiding (dairy, gluten, stevia). I purchased only one flavor so far (I’m worried about caffeine so I might skip a couple flavors), but I will be buying the vanilla flavor soon. I pray the company makes more flavors soon. At first it seemed expensive to me- but I barely finish one a day, so these last. And frankly, I’d pay double to get this kind of quality product.The drink isn’t thick like a milkshake, and I was pleasantly surprised. It’s almost a cross between skim milk and juice, odd as that sounds. The flavor isn’t bad either- not the greatest, but better if poured over ice. It leaves a monk fruit aftertaste, which easily rinses away with a sip of water if you don’t like monk fruit.I recommend this to anyone.It arrived quickly, and I feel better already after only having had it for a very short time.

Tastes like amoxicillin / bubblegum
Texture is good and creamy, much better than their powdered protein mix, flavor is definitely not strawberry banana though. It’s like a chemical bubblegum flavor, to me it tastes like the liquid amoxicillin they give children. That’s not a deal breaker for me so I still gave it 4 stars because it curbs cravings and feels good in my stomach without any weird ingredients

Okay. Bought for a quick and healthy lunch while at the beach for a week. Strawberry was just “meh”. Tasted kinda watery . Very thin consistency. Next time , I’ll splurge and just buy the FairLife CORE drinks .

Not a good favored protien shake
I recently tried the OWYN Only What You Need Vegan Protein Shake in Strawberry Banana, and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed. The taste was just off for me—I found it quite bitter, which really overshadowed the fruit flavors. I was hoping for something refreshing, but it didn’t quite hit the mark. On top of that, it’s pretty pricey for a protein shake. Given the taste and the cost, I definitely won’t be purchasing it again.

If you’re looking for a protein drink that isn’t thick, no clumps, and easy to drink, this is the one. Flavor is amazing, no bad after taste & I never get an upset stomach. I’ve drank premier protein & after drinking this – premier protein is SO thick compared to this. I wish they had more fruity flavors but the strawberry banana is delicious.
