Very good way to get protein, nutrients and caffeine in
These are really good and convenient for some protein and caffeine!! They are really nice because they are sugar free!! I have Gastroparesis and can’t eat much and these work for me. Not too sweet at all either!! The consistency is good and it doesn’t upset my stomach.

I’ll continue to buy this product.
I really love this OWYN brand. It seems to be the “cleanest” of the protein drinks as far as ingredients, and that is one of the most important considerations for me.It tastes good, maybe not the absolute greatest, but it is very good. I like the protein count of 32g, and I have never had an issue with digestibility. This is a product that I will continue to buy as long as I need to supplement my daily protein.

Great Protein Shake with a Slight Aftertaste
I’ve been using the OWYN Pro Elite Vegan Plant-Based Keto Shake for a few weeks now, and overall, it’s been a positive experience with just a few minor quibbles. Here’s what stands out:High Protein Content: The 32g of protein per serving is impressive and perfect for post-workout recovery. It keeps me full and supports muscle repair effectively.Keto-Friendly: With zero sugar and 0g net carbs, it fits seamlessly into my keto diet. No worries about disrupting ketosis here!Flavor Profile: The No Nut Butter Cup flavor is indulgent and satisfying. It’s a pleasant treat that makes sticking to my nutrition goals easier.Nutritional Boost: The added Omega-3, prebiotics, and superfood greens are a huge plus. It’s great to get extra nutrients in a convenient shake. However, there are a couple of drawbacks:Aftertaste: While the initial flavor is good, there’s a slightly artificial aftertaste that lingers. It’s not overpowering, but it’s noticeable and might be off-putting to some.Price Point: The cost is a bit steep compared to other protein shakes. It’s worth it for the quality, but it may not be ideal for those on a tight budget.Texture Issues: The shake can be a bit gritty if not mixed well. Using a blender helps, but it’s something to keep in mind if you prefer quick and easy mixing.Overall, the OWYN Pro Elite Shake is a high-quality, plant-based, keto-friendly protein option that delivers on most fronts. The minor aftertaste and texture issues are outweighed by the benefits of its nutritional profile and effective protein content. If you can overlook the aftertaste, it’s a solid choice for anyone serious about their fitness and diet.

Vegan Protein Option
I bought this for someone undergoing chemotherapy. We appreciate that it’s plant-based, easy to digest, and well tolerated even on difficult days. We felt confident it provides a good, high-quality source of protein. The variety of flavors is nice, and the creamy texture is very palatable.

Amazing
O-M-G! I struggle greatly to consume enough protein due to my diet (and I suppose my own laziness). These are so great! They’re a perfect size, the ingredients are perfect, I saw some reviews saying they were expensive but I felt for the amount of bottles and the size of them it was more than fair. I got the 3 flavors, vanilla, coffee, and cookies n creamless (adorable name too) and out of the 3 I think coffee was amazing, cookies n creamless was pretty good, and the vanilla was not very tasty but when used as a coffee creamer was great :)I’d highly recommend especially if you’re a vegetarian or vegan looking to add some protein in your diet the easy way like me 🙂

Good Protein Shake, Bad Clumping Issue
Owyn Smooth Vanilla Protein Shake delivers a solid 20g of plant protein with a reliable multi-source protein blend, plus superfood greens and vegan omega-3s. The flavor is surprisingly rich and smooth—almost like a light vanilla ice cream—and it’s extremely convenient for on-the-go use.Cons:The quality has slipped in my recent purchases. The last several cases had noticeable clumps, no matter how long or hard I shook the bottle. It makes the texture inconsistent and less enjoyable. Kinds of reminds me of spoiled milk.Bottom Line:Great taste and great nutrition, but the clumping issue needs to be fixed.

Clean ingredients!!
20 grams of clean protein. Not too sweet and thick. 170 calories, 7g fat, 0 cholesterol, 8g carbs (net carbs 5g), 3g fiber. This is a no-dairy protein drink for those who are vegan or lactose intolerant. It was a good switch up from Adkins which has too many fillers. This contains seed oils (safflower and/or sunflower). If you have issues with inflammation these may affect you as they anre omega-6 fatty acids. However, the jury is still out on avoiding seed oils from good sources. The flavors… dark chocolate, cold brew coffee, and cookies & cream all taste very similar in my opinion. I mix it with my DC espresso/heavy cream and enjoy it that way.I would recommend this product as a good source of drinkable protein for those looking to boost their intake.Lily
