I tried it straight under my tongue at first and the flavor is earthy and sweet. I found that mixing it into a small glass of orange juice or a smoothie makes it much more palatable. You definitely want to shake the bottle well before each use to ensure the natural sediment mixes in properly.After using this for just one week, I have noticed what seems like a boost in my energy levels. It is not a sudden jolt like an energy drink but I feel a bit more steady. However I know this could be a placebo effect this early on. I will need to try it for a longer period to see if the results hold up, though ingredients like ashwagandha seem promising.My main frustration is that the label text is incredibly small and the proprietary blend hides the exact amounts of each ingredient. It is difficult to know exactly how much maca or beet root I am getting per dose since they are all grouped together in the total count. A good amount and lots of benefits
These are easy to take in my water. I like that I can add one or two dropper fulls in the same water I take my other supplements. So convenient and a good value since they give you two bottles. I find the taste pleasing even though it is watered down. I like the energy boost I think I’m getting from these drops.

Decent amount of unappetizing supplement
I have been on a health kick lately and saw that this had some of the good ingredients I’d been looking for and decided to give it a try. Here’s are my thoughts:Pros:- Easy to get a dose in a drink or just straight in your mouth.- Bottle and dropper are glass- It comes in a 2 pack of decent-sized bottles, so they should last for a pretty long timeCons:- The biggest con is that I haven’t really noticed a difference in my overall health or energy level since taking it. That’s not unusual for me with supplements, but it is disappointing.- In low lighting, it can be hard to see the amount you’re getting. The lettering/lines on the dropper are a similar color as the liquid inside.- It doesn’t taste or smell good.Maybe the ingredients just don’t work that well for my specifically, but without seeing the benefits, it’s hard to want to consume this product.
