Bought for my daughter who promptly turned up her nose so I decided to push through myself and not let them go to waste. Taste was odd at first, like drinking fruit punch out of a rusty can. However about halfway through the bottle I actually looked forward to taking them. They are easy to chew, dissolve well, and I chase mine down with vitamin C gummies as well. They did not upset my stomach or cause constipation. They are true to their name – delightful!

Best iron supplement.
After trying several other iron supplements this has proven to be the best option. No stomach upset and near zero aftertaste. Within a couple of weeks my system started to respond well to the additional iron. I started feeling better with more energy. This has proven to be the best option in the perfect dose. OLLY gummy supplements are superior in taste. These are chewable tablets. They taste fine, nothing special. A little iron aftertaste. I like all the other OLLY products and I’ll keep getting this one too. This one doesn’t seem to bother my stomach which is a huge plus for me.

Absolute life saver for vegetarians!
About six months ago I stopped eating meat of any sort. I do still eat eggs and dairy, and I eat a ton of vegetables and legumes, but my body had really begun to suffer. Within a month of going vegetarian, my hair began to fall out in handfuls. I lost so much hair, I fell into a deep depression and became embarrassed to be seen in public. But I became a vegetarian for ethical reasons, so going back to meat was absolutely not an option.So I decided to try supplements. I turned to Olly because I had used to take them and liked them better than the other brands I have tried. And I am really glad I did.Almost immediately, my hair stopped falling out. It’s wonderful and I’m starting to feel like myself again. I had lost my pills for a few weeks, and during that time, my hair began falling out again. It stopped as soon as I resumed taking them. So I KNOW these things are helping. In addition, I make sure to eat a lot of foods that are high in iron and protein, and that helps, too, though not as much as the pills. I have been anemic before, so I think I’m given to low iron, regardless of my diet.Now, I have these things on subscribe-and-save, because I never want to run out.The only downside is that these taste so good you’ll want to eat them like candy, and that’s kind of dangerous. I highly recommend Olly’s multivitamins and relaxation supplements, as well.
