It’s helpful for muscle tightness and soreness
I have this one on auto refill every month. Good for muscle recovery and for pain it actually relieve pain somewhat.

This product comes in a sealed bottle. It has a complete ingredients list. Each tablet contains 10mg of melatonin which is a fairly high amount. It also contains 5.5 mg L-theanine. There is no daily recommended amount for that from the FDA.These tablets did make me fall asleep quickly. I am used to a much lower amount of melatonin so this amount did work. However I had some very bizarre dreams which is common for me on melatonin. I woke up earlier then normal. This is not for daily use, but no melatonin should be used on a daily basis.If you are looking for an occasional sleep aid, then this could be the right item for you to try.

Works great. Doesn’t make me drowsy but helps me stay asleep. Also no fuzzy head the next day.

Too weak.
Not sure why but this particular brand of melatonin didn’t work very well for me. I k y use it for jet lag. Usually I would take 5mg and sleep through the night. This would not last the whole night for me. So I had to keep waking up and taking more. Very weird. Maybe they are weak or not done correctly.
