Amazing Game Changer
This stuff has been a god send. My friend told me to get some and it’s made a huge difference!!! I add it to water and it dissolves after a bit, but has nooo flavor which is awesome. After taking it, it regulated everything. I’ve felt sooo much better. My gut health feels a lot better after consistently taking it.

It’s OK as far as I can tell. It’s pure carbohydrate, as all soluble fiber is, and has a texture similar to table sugar; very fine white crystals, feels sticky if you get it on your hands. It dissolves thoroughly if you agitate it enough in the right solvent, but trying to stir it into a liquid with a spoon isn’t enough. When I put some into water in a capped container and shook it really hard for a few seconds, it did produce a clear solution with no visible crystals. When I used a blender to mix it with some whole foods to make something like a milk shake, I could feel some crystals crunching if I bit down while drinking it. Not a big problem, just noticeable. I am a little dubious about the specificity of any claims concerning ingredients, since the manufacturer made a silly mistake on the “supplement facts” list on the container, indicating a serving of 5 grams has 5 calories. Carbohydrates have about 4 calories per gram, so it should be 20 calories. They really should correct that error. But the product itself seems OK.

Use room temperature water
Don’t mix with cold water it clumps up. Have to use room temperature. Once it clumps you cant loosen it. But no taste an seems to help.
