Works as well as any melatonin I’ve ever used to help me quiet my brain and get to sleep. I like the 3mg pills, since I can stack them to get the effect that I want without worrying I took too much. And they taste good, so putting them under my tongue to get a quicker absorption is actually pleasant. No after-taste.Price is comparable to better than other brands. I like the flip top (though parents with kids might want to control this so kids don’t get into the pills. I notice a calming effect within twenty minutes and drowsiness starts to set in just afterwards – and no hangover in the morning. I’ve also noticed that using this product tends to keep my sleep periods in increments of 90 minutes to coincide with a normal REM cycle.

These really knock you out but I would be slightly concerned if using them since it’s likely that the actual amount of melatonin is much higher than advertised, very common for companies to put hundreds times more than they state on the label. They are very effective for sleep though I have had other brands of melatonin sleep aids and these really do the trick. You feel a bit groggy in the mornings but it clears up later in the day.
