Didn’t stand up to a heavy flow
The product is great in concept. If you really have a heavy flow and expect this to last all night or use overnight pads for the day this one may not work for you. I have a heavy cycle and typically use another overnight brand and can make it half the night 3-4 hours, this one I could only go about 2 hours.

I’ve been using the MoonPads Premium Night Organic Cotton Sanitary Pads, and overall, I’m impressed. They’re incredibly comfortable, even for overnight use. The ultra-thin design is great — not bulky at all — and I felt dry and protected for hours without any irritation. I really appreciate that they’re hypoallergenic and non-toxic, especially since I have sensitive skin. No rashes, no discomfort.They’re also practical for everyday wear and move well with your body without bunching up. The fact that they’re biodegradable and cruelty-free is a big bonus — it feels good to use something that’s better for the environment and ethically made.The only issue I had was with the wings. Unfortunately, they didn’t stick very well to my underwear, which made the pad shift around a bit, especially during sleep. That’s something I hope they improve in future versions, because otherwise, this would be a perfect product.I also love the Buy One Give One mission — it’s nice knowing my purchase is helping someone in need. 💗

Love moon pads! Always pads constantly irritate my skin with harsh plastics. 100% cotton moon pads are amazing, don’t irritate me, are better for the environment too.
