It works.
I bought this and a more expensive “pedal machine”. I find myself using this one the most. It isn’t fancy but it works. No need to plug it in and it’s very portable. I can use it with my feet and legs or put it on the coffee table and use my hands and arms. Perfect while reading a book or watching TV. Simple screw handle resistance. Counter is basic, but provides all information needed. Well worth the price.

Good for price with only minor issues
This pedal excerciser is good for the price.PROS:Good for cardio.Easy to store. Doesn’t take up much room.Seems sturdy after a week+ of daily use.Quiet.Good price.CONS:The tension knob is just a bolt that tightens down onto the center of the pedal arm, so the pedal arm gets VERY hot after a bit of use. I just don’t add tension and use it for cardio only.The computer does not stay on during use. It shuts off after a few minutes which means it isn’t tracking the time, calls, etc.The feet grip great on smooth surfaces, but slide when on carpet. I have to put a weight in front of it to keep it in place when not using it at my desk.My desk is either lower than most or I have longer legs, because I cannot use this under the desk without my knees hitting. I just push out from my desk a bit to use it.SUMMARY:I still give it 4 stars because it does what I need it to do and is a decent little excerciser for the price. I use it at least 20 mins or more Mon-Fri while in web meetings.

I love this little gizmo. It’s small and compact so it doesn’t take up a lot of room. I didn’t need the little non-skip pad it comes with, when I place it down on my floor it doesn’t move when I pedal. It is lightweight. I am able to move the pedals in a smooth rhythm … once I get it going in motion. When putting your feet inside the straps and pedal is the tricky part, take a little while to line them up after that it’s go time. You will start to feel a difference in 3-5 minutes. I can feel it in my hips, tummy, spine, thighs, and legs. I believe I will enjoy using it quite often. (Not too sure what all the meter readings are or stand for, plus its tiny and my eyes can’t read it anyway. I just use the clock to time myself.)

Choppy movements
The machine is easy to set up and use however, the front “feet” on the unit twist allowing the machine to slide away from you. I agree with others who say that the movement is not smooth. It feel like there is a random catch in the mechanics.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Habe es für ein älteres Familienmitglied gekauft um die Beinmuskeln ein bisschen zu trainieren. Ist sehr stabil und gut verarbeitet. Wenn ich jeden Tag “Kilometer” zurücklegen möchte, würde ich vielleicht ein größeres Modell nutzen, aber für ein bisschen Training nebenbei absolut perfekt. Überlege ob ich mir auch noch eines bestelle für ein bisschen Bewegung im langen Schreibtischalltag.
