For my uses and in my opinion, this set is nifty, useful, effective.I purchased two sets: one for myself, one for my 90-something year old friend. For myself: I use it on both wet and dry skin, LOVE the feel of it — not too hard, not too soft, feels terrific , like skin feels “happy”, am clean, clean, clean.I have even used it (lightly) on my neck and face once per week as an exfoliator. My skin is sensitive, fair-complected, and still I’ve had no irritations. Seems to be a perfect companion for the “before-lotion/cream” rituals so many of us have. Price is good and fair; one gets two brushes — the elastic band at top of each brush makes it easy to hold and use. Really, someone smart thought this up and produced it. My skin thanks you. And, oh yes, my ninety-something pal also likes it. (Maybe now make a little round small one, a bit softer but not much) for face and neck? Just a thought….

Add to your shower routine for smooth skin
This is a game changer for me since adding it to my shower routine . Before showering use this one your dry skin and after showering your skin will be smooth and nice .It is very easy to use with a handle to put your hand through, the size is okay and it functions very well . Also it is easy to clean . Every girl should have one ! Please get it !!!

Gets the Job Done!
I would say the bristles are not the softest, but also not uncomfortably hard either. Makes a great lather on the skin and exfoliation. I added this product to my shower routine to soften my skin, and it does just that. The brush is well-built and made to last.

Decent product
The Metene Dry Brushing Body Brush works well for gentle exfoliation and improving skin texture. The bristles are firm but not too harsh, and the handle makes it easy to reach all areas. After a few uses, skin feels smoother and more refreshed. Great value for a simple, effective self-care tool.Only thing. It’s not as hard as I would’ve liked it to be.

These are STIFF brushes
I’m a 75 year old man and wanted to replace an existing bath/shower brush that’s on its last legs. I got these and used one during my next shower. WOW. The bristles were stiff and remained stiff through the shower. I had to stop using it on my arms and upper body. No way could I use it on my face or neck. It worked great on my legs and feet but I noticed they were red and irritated after drying off. I’ll keep them but they’re going on the kitchen and utility sinks to scrub hands (and other things) after working outside.Update 1 June 2023I’m an idiot. Yes, ONE brush bristles are stiff, but the other brush is much softer. I didn’t read the description close enough and had put the brushes aside without checking both of them. Now that I have used both brushes, one is much softer than the other. The softer brush is just fine and works well in the shower. Perhaps in the future I’ll pay more attention to the product description. My bad.Changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars.
