Most Comfortable Cushion
I love this meditation cushion. The fabric is really soft. It’s padded on top for comfort and is filled with buckwheat hulls under the padding. The buckwheat hulls hold its shape creating a very comfortable seat. I suffer sciatica so this is a great comfortable alternative to the floor or less structured cushions. The diameter is perfect, I can sit and still have room for my legs to cross with ease, in front of me. Wish I had this years ago. I fell asleep the first time I used it in meditation.

Its a nice bolster and its soft but Its not very sturdy, nice enough to keep expecially the price comparison but it arrived already clumpy kind of… like when you wash a pillow in the drier and the cotton clumps up.
