Smells delicious
I never want to be without this. Ever. I love the way it smells too. I tried castor oil in the evening but the odd smell would keep me awake. This smells delicious and the added magnesium helps me sleep really good. I swear my tummy is flatter too.

Best Belly Button Oil!
I’m trying to incorporate more magnesium into my life to help with sleep support. Previously I had only taken oral supplement or used an oil that I rubbed on my feet, This is a new delivery system for me! Just a a drop in the ole belly button and our amazing body does the rest by carrying it throughout to nourish and calm!
