Tasty easy to take supplement
These organic maca root/ashwagandha drops work. These drops have other ingredients as well: ginger extract, goji berry, magnesium, L-arginine. I like that these drops are alcohol free, sugar free, dairy free, soy free, corn free, gluten free, yeast free, vegan, non-GMO, and GMP certified. All fantastic qualities in a supplement. I also like that this is in liquid form. I can add it to my morning coffee and not know the difference. (It has a mild vanilla like flavor so it pairs well with my coffee creamer).This supplement is advertised to help with immune heath and focus. I’ve noted that it helps me get a better nights sleep. I’ve noticed an improvement in mood. I still get tired towards the end of my work day. So effectiveness isn’t perfect but it helps. I’ve noticed gotten sick while on this supplement so maybe it helps with the immune system? Hard to tell.

Tastes better than expected! I didn’t realize it was vanilla flavor. It adds well to beverages and is completely tolerable to take by itself. Been only using it for a week so I can’t really tell a difference just yet but so far very happy

I take 1–2 dropperfuls a day (a total of 2 ml); usually one in the morning and one at night. It’s a liquid blend made with maca root, ashwagandha, goji berry, ginger extract, L-arginine, and magnesium. I use it for daily energy support from the maca root, stress balance from the ashwagandha, antioxidant benefits from the goji berry, and digestive support from the ginger. I also appreciate the L-arginine for circulation support and the magnesium for a sense of calm. There are 60 1 ml servings (60 ml total), so this is good for 30 days at two dropperfuls a day. The color is a golden amber hue. The taste is outstanding: a mellow and tasty vanilla flavor.Vegan, Soy/Gluten Free, GMP Certified, Non-GMOIt is a USA company. I’m not sure where it is manufactured or where ingredients are sourced.

I have taken quite a few different liquid supplements and tinctures over the years, including some with ashwaganda and other ingredients in this supplement, but this was my first time trying maca root.I have taken this on and off for the last month – one dropper full, as suggested. It is super easy to take – either undiluted or added to water or tea and mixing in nicely. It has a medium to light consistency, similar to vanilla extract, and a dark brown color. It smells and tastes like sweet vanilla; in fact, I think it is probably one of the best tasting liquid supplements I’ve ever used. When I take it, I usually end up feeling an improved mood, more energy and focus, and yet also more relaxed, fewer aches and pains, and I tend to sleep better, which I definitely like. I am in my mid 40s and have been experiencing increased PMS and hormone-related symptoms and I feel like this has helped with that as well.Honestly, there’s really nothing about the supplement that I don’t like. It is excellent quality, very effective, and a good value considering how much you get and what it does. My experience with this has been very good; it is one of the best supplements in this category (mood, energy, relaxation, hormones, etc) that I’ve ever tried.

Simple to consume, tasty, and a bit effective.
This is an interesting supplement in that it is quite tasty and is full of flavor if you you use it directly, or add the drops to a liquid. It is very easy to use and the dropper has measurement lines so you know exactly how much you are taking. The quality of ingrediants is good and the dropper works well.For my body, I have noticed a very slight increase in energy after taking it straight for three weeks, but not as much as similar products. Of course, effectiveness is different from person to person, so this might be for you if you want some flavor for your energy boost. Overall, this is a tasty supplement that is likely to give you a minor boost to your energy.
