Great Value, Quiet, and Surprisingly Versatile
I am so happy with this purchase. I used to have a WALKINGPAD C2, and loved that machine. However, toward the end of the first year of use it began to experience constant mechanical problems. First, the lower control board malfunctioned mid-walk nearly causing me to fall off the treadmill and needed to be replaced. Then, the belt began to shift and fray, and the noise became unbearable. After just two years of ownership, I had to discard it.I was hesitant to buy another KINGSMITH product, but after months of research this stationary bike was the best option for my budget, workstation, and space-saving needs. The package arrived three days earlier than expected. The box was slightly damaged, but the bike was well-insulated and took only about 20 minutes to unpack, assemble, and start cycling.Out of the box it works great. Most of the ads show people using it for light movement while working, but for some Peloton-level functionality at a fraction of the price, I paired it with a Wahoo RPM Cycling Cadence Sensor and Wahoo FitnessWahoo TRACKR Heart Rate Monitor.The bike is whisper quiet thanks to its flywheel design, but that also means you can’t attach a speed tracker to measure speed or distance. I found that I didn’t really miss that data. Cadence and heart rate tracking mattered most for my fitness goals.I love that I can use the bike for light pedaling while working at my desk or watching TV then ramp up for a half hour of intense cardio. The only downside is that the seat it comes with could be more supportive. It felt like pins and needles after about ten minutes, so I swapped it out for a COOLWUFAN Oversized Seat with Backrest, and now I can cycle comfortably for hours. For the price, especially on sale for $289 as of early November 2025, this bike is an excellent value and a quiet, dependable alternative to expensive smart bikes.
