I really like this shake it’s a great meal replacement cuz it really does fill you up gives you a feeling of being full but it also has very good protein content and it’s a perfect midday snack for me

The worst tasting protein drink that I have ever tasted
I purchased the chocolate peanut butter flavor. At least that is what it says on the label. It has a very strange and terrible taste to it, neither chocolate nor peanut butter. I assume that the totally unfamiliar taste to it is their version of the flavor of peanut butter. Really awful. I’m adding cocoa and some monk fruit to the mix to make it bearable.The nutritional value is ok but if you can hardly swallow it why pay that much for a product?

I’ve been using keto chow off and on for 3 years. It is delicious and actually fills you up. A lot of the keto shakes from other brands are thin and leave you hungry. Keto chow delivers. It’s delicious, thick, and filling.

Try a different flavor
It’s gross. I hate to say that but it leaves a weird aftertaste and I really wanted to like it but it taste like a lump of butter. I used mine with milk. I would recommend just water with this flavor or eat real food. This is obviously for the sake of convenience but this is not a good flavor in comparison to the others. I prefer the natural strawberry. There are lots of gums in this as well just an FYI.
