This has become my #1 lunch!
This is a great MEAL replacement powder. Note the emphasis on: meal; it is not a pure protein powder. Although it contains plenty of protein, it also contains many of the other ingredients that you would expect from a meal, such as (healthy) fats, some carbohydrates (from potato starch and maltodextrin), extra fiber, and a multivitamin blend. Unless you are on a strict ketogenic diet, you do not have to be afraid of the carbs. In all, it provides a well-balanced meal that nicely (and deliciously) serves its purpose.Yes, I know: I should go to the Farmer’s market on a regular basis, buy fresh produce, and prepare my organic lunch from fresh ingredients every day. Alas, I am not willing to go through that effort; I much rather spend an entire minute putting powder and liquid in a blender and be ready to enjoy.I like the vanilla flavor a lot (I mean: A LOT!), but realize that people have different taste preferences. I always use the blender and mix with water or milk (+ 2 ice cubes). With milk, it comes out wonderfully creamy, especially when I use smaller volumes of milk. Sometimes I add a banana. I have no gastrointestinal issues whatsoever with this product. I crave it daily and have it as my lunch.Unlike the great variety of offerings in pure protein powders, there are not many true “meal replacement” products out there. But there is a similar one called Caged Clean Meal, which is a bit higher in the carb fraction (from oat flour and quinoa) but lower in fiber. It is slightly lower in protein, fats, cholesterol, and sodium. And like Eat Right, it contains sucralose, which for some people is a no-go.Like Eat Right, Caged Clean Meal comes in vanilla, which tastes a bit different: more like a mix of vanilla with a hint of nut flavor. CCM, even with milk, does not turn as creamy as Eat Right, and it foams more; I usually let it settle for a minute or two after blending and I have no intestinal issues whatsoever. For variety’s sake, I am alternating between these two delicious MRPs.

Very happy with the powder. Saw several reviews about the taste. They must have improved it or some people expect a protein powder to taste like anything other than a protein powder.It tastes great. It’s definitely a sweet vanilla tasting protein powder. Very pleasant.

Wow, This tastes terrible!
Really. I figured vanilla was going to be inoffensive at worst, but I was wrong. I expected it to be like a vanilla vitamin pill, you know? Not particularly amazing but not bad. I bought this to be a quick breakfast or lunch on the go. Unfortunately it will not be a meal I look forward to. I really like the nutritional stats and macro breakdown, especially the amount of fiber included. It’s a shame its flavor is so off-putting. There’s a weird sweetness to it that is painful if you use too little liquid and if you use more liquid than is necessary it just drags out the time it takes to get this down. It’s pretty miserable. So far Ive tried it plain with water, I’ve added a dash of cinnamon & water, half coffee & half water. I think adding some PB2 may help make it tolerable, but haven’t gotten to that yet.Beyond that, it mixes like pretty much all other protein powders and does seem to make me feel sated.

It’s good but not great
It’s thicker than most protein shakes but not as thick as my old goto MRP. I’m a met-rx guy. With that said, it’s hard to beat the price. Tastes good. Blends well. I add some xanthan gum to thicken the shakes. Will purchase again! Would love to see more flavors!

Filling shake
Filling meal replacement. Best when made early and allowed to thicken for a little while. Mixes well quickly in a shaker. I like to mix it and pop it in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes.

Hard to drink.
I have struggled to get this down. It doesn’t mix well and is clumpy after several minutes in a shaker. It also taste terrible and I am really surprised that it has any good reviews.

Yummy meal replacement!
This is a great meal replacement product. The taste is super yummy. The consistency is better than most other products I have tried and I have tried a lot. It blends super well and is super delicious. Can’t beat it!
