Good fit for big girls
These are really nice and I find them superior to the name brand that ends in ..ix. The absorption panel goes up higher I. The front and the material is thicker and fits me better. I am a super heavy flow girl so I still need tampons with these on heavy days but after the first few days I can wear these alone. For sizing, I wear a 22 or sometimes a 24 in US sizes and I bought the 4x. I could probably have bought a 5x but the 4x for well enough it wasn’t worth returning. If you are a solid size 24, try the 5x. I am 5’6” and weight 225-260 depending on the day.

They are comfortable and soft. I have bought similar underwear before and find that they don’t quite fit as regular underwear. I used the sizing chart and opted to get the size based on my hip dimensions. They worked out great. They are not in my normal size but I find they fit based off the vendor sizing information.

Finally Tried Period Underwear—Now I Get the Hype!
I’m new to period underwear, so I’m not sure how these compare to other brands, but I’m impressed (such a fantastic invention—where were these 35 years ago??). I ordered the XL based on the measurements provided, and they fit great. (I’ve never ordered XL underwear before, so they do run small—use the measurements!) The waistband stays in place and doesn’t roll. It sits about an inch below my belly button, and I have a short waist, so these really aren’t that high-waisted, but they still offer good coverage. The leg bands are comfortable and stay put—no creeping.The bamboo viscose fabric feels a little different from what I normally wear, but it’s nice—thin and slightly silky. There’s just enough spandex so they’re easy to put on and take off, and the fabric provides gentle support while wearing. The absorbent lining is thinner than a regular pad, but a bit thicker than I expected (I’m not sure why). It extends from the front waistband all the way to the back waistband, so the coverage is excellent. It felt a little strange at first, but I quickly got used to it and now I don’t even notice.My flow is generally light to moderate, so I can’t speak to the absorbency limits, but they’ve handled everything with no issues. They’re easy to care for—rinse, machine wash, and tumble dry on low heat. I’ve only washed them a couple of times so far, but they’ve held up well and still look new.I haven’t comparison shopped other brands, but the $32.99 regular price for 3 pairs of these INNERSY period underwear seems very reasonable, especially now that I’ve tried them (price as of Nov. 2025). There’s a range out there, I know, but I’ve paid about the same amount for regular underwear before. Plus, you save money by not buying pads or tampons—and honestly, just not having to deal with them is priceless. (There was also a $5 coupon at the time of this review, which sweetens the deal!)As usual, I’m late to the game, but I completely see why these have become so popular!

Size up for comfort
Worked well overnight. No leaking. Rinsed easily. I would size up if I had to reorder. They fit fine putting them on but the material was very uncomfortable through the day (but I already bled in them so wasn’t about to return/exchange). Pretty colors. Nice construction.

Surprisingly Great Quality and Comfort
Love these! I’ll admit I’m a bit of a snob when it comes to period underwear — I started with some of the top brands, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The first wear felt snug around the hip and thigh seams, but once they’re on and worn in, they’re extremely comfortable. The heavy-flow protection is solid, and I really appreciate that the absorbent area is fully seamed and secure. Great quality, reliable coverage, and definitely recommend these.

Comfortable undies providing Light or medium protection
I was excited to try these “period” undies, but found them to be below expectations.Pros:- the material is silky cotton in black- the protective area is well padded most of the way up the front and all the way up the back making it perfect for overnight protection.- the material is durable and hugs well without feeling constricted.- there is no wetness on the surface or lingering smell associated with a period.Cons:- if you are having a heavy day, they leak after about 2 hours.Synopsis: great value, durability. Perfect for light or medium days without additional protection.
